Switched Reality

Chapter one:Hello, Tetsuya

  "NICE SHOT KAGAMI!" Kuroko Tetsuya yelled from across the large gym of Seirin High.

Kagami Taiga landed from the dunk he just made in the basketball hoop.

"Thanks" he panted as he jogged over to where Kuroko was standing patiently.

They had been practicing for about a good three hours for their upcoming game against a top highschool.

Kagami and Kuroko were quite worn out but still had enough adrenaline rush to be excited for the big game in two weeks.

This game would determined if their team  would go to the winter cup. Which was very important because both boys wanted to end their senior years at Serin on a good note.

Kagami and Kuroko high five each other for a job well done and sat on the first step of bleachers to catch their breath and drink some
water.

"Are you prepared Kagami-kun?" Kuroko spoke up after a few moments in utter silence.

"Prepared as I'll ever be!" Kagami said with as much confidence as he could muster with a mouthful of water.

More moments of silence filled the room until Kagami  broke it again with his voice.

"I can't believe this is our final year" he breathed in disbelief and nostalgia.

"Yeah," Kuroko agreed," it feels like almost yesterday that we were freshmen starting our year at Seirin not knowing anyone or who we wanted to become or what we wanted to do."

"I know," Kagami gave a great big smile, just like four years ago," we've made so many new and good friends and met new rivals and got to know each other very well!"

Kuroko nodded his head," yes, it has been quite the adventure".

"I almost don't want it to ever end" Kagami said suddenly sad.

Kuroko looked at Kagami's sullen expression before deciding to say,"me either but I'm sure more wonderful adventures await for us after highschool too."

Kagami's expression softened and he smiled and looked down at Kuroko,"you're right."

"I wonder how all of our Senpai's are doing sometimes" Kuroko admitted.

"Me too." Kagami added.

There was more silence except for Kuroko and Kagami's steady inhales and exhales.

"I think you've changed" Kagami started up.

"You think so?" Kuroko questionably cocked head to the side while looking at Kagami.

"Yeah totally!" Kagami energetically stated," I mean when we first started you were always quiet and popped up when no one was expecting, well I mean you still do that," Kagami grumpily looked away, being the man Kuroko snuck up on the most," but now not only have you become a great bakestball player but you've become -"

Kuroko didn't get to hear what Kagami was about to say next for the gymnasium door was thrown roughly open.

"I knew you two would be hear tonight!" The indigo haired Aomine Daiki stated matter of factly pointing and the dark red haired man and baby blue haired man.

"Aomine," Kagami ground his teeth together angrily. Yes even after four years these two still had a long term rivalry between each other.
