It was the day before school and Sarah looks outside to find people running from the mall with ten shopping bags in their hand. She hears one of the students voices from outside her bedroom window "we have to look good for the first day of school! I can't look like I live in that house!" the unknown said pointing at Sarah's house and laughing. "Who new people could be so mean" Sarah mutters to herself. She sits outside her window and watches five more students get out of their limousine's. All five of the students were girls, they were all wearing dresses and high heals with their hair curled and makeup done. "That's the definition of a rich girl" says Sarah. Just then Sarah's mother enters her room "why don't you go shopping and make some new friends?" "Fine" Sarah says "but I need money." "Here" her mother hands her two-hundred dollars. "Alright, thank you mom" she says then gives her a huge hug. Sarah puts her shoes on (black leather shoes with a heel) and walks out the door. When Sarah arrives at the mall she remembers what the other girls were wearing and she goes to a store where there would be dresses and high heels. She buys a few cheep dresses and one pair of high heels. She loves on to the next store and gets some shorts and jeans, then she sees the store where she usually goes and gets some black t-shirts and tank tops, with black jeans with holes near the knee. "Alright", she says ,"time to go home."
She arrives back at her house just in time for dinner. Sarah lives only with her mother, but it's not like her parents are divorced it's just that her dad lives in Michigan for his job, and Sarah and her mother live in California hoping for Sarah to get a scholarship into college. After dinner Sarah goes upstairs into her room and puts on her pajamas, she walks over to window because she sees a guy walking alone.
She props her hand on her chin (like you do whenever you are bored in school) " I wonder why he's walking alone he looks like the type of guy to have all the girls, the money, and the popularity" she think to her self. Just then then make eye contact for a long awkward second "my name is Thomas!" He yells up at her window waving. Sarah puts up her hand for a split second waving it at him "Sarah" she says with a smile, "have a nice night" she says closing her window. "Shoot I didn't catch his face" she says to herself, "oh well" she says and then climbs into bed, but first she had to go on her phone for 2 hours. "Hmm 1 A.M earlier than I expected" she said laughing and then fell asleep.
The next morning Sarah woke up her her obnoxious alarm. 6:00 A.M her clock read "right on time" her mother said opening her door, "breakfast will be ready in a few!""okay mom" Sarah started to get dressed but all she could think about was Thomas "only if it wasn't dark out maybe I could have saw who he was" she says hitting her hand on her leg. "Oh well." She throws on a black sees that comes down to her knees. She sits down I front of her mirror. "Time for makeup!" That consists of eyebrows, mascara, and winged eyeliner.
When she finished she ran down stairs to the table and waiting for her was pancakes and strawberries."It look amazing mom!" Sarah said giving her mom huge smile. She finishes her pancakes she throws on her blacks boots which have heels grabs her book bag with all of the supplies needed. "Ready to drive me mom?" "Yes sweetly" her mother replies. It took 10 minutes to get to school and it was 7:00 and school started at 7:30. "We are right on time!" Sarah said excitedly.
Sarah and her mother arrive at 7:15 since they got stuck at a few red lights along the way. "Okay that's the front door" her mother said "have a nice day and try to make some friends!" "Okay mom I love you." Sarah gets out of the car and starts walking to the front of the school.
She sees the popular girls surround by people who didn't want to be left out. The popular girls walk over to Sarah when was holding her coffee. Sarah and I guess the leader of the populars did the weird thing where you are trying to get past each other but you can't. "UGHHHH get out of my way peasant!" She said and then clapped her hands, one of her minions grabbed her coffee and dumped it on her head.
