You waited and waited and waited for John. This has happened way to many times before but you let it slide all the same. Your friends told you don't date him, he's not boyfriend material, or he'll cheat on you. But you just let it slide because deep down you know John cares about you. It was seven thirty and you looked in the mirror. This was your first date ever and you wanted to go all out on your appearance yet keep your natural self in order. Mom helped you get ready and she was more excited than you for the date while your other mother tapped her foot impatiently waiting for John to come in the lounge room. Always picked on for being a faggot child because you had two moms. It didn't bother you unless they were on the verge of killing my parents. In that case you weren't shy about knocking a sucker out. " Wendy are ye sure that this guy is a fucking worth waiting for. " Your mother(Cassandra) said going into the kitchen for a drink. Your other mother (Wendy) calmed your mother down assured her with kiss which kinda of cooled her off for a while. You waited nervously and worrying thoughts race through you. Maybe he doesn't like me? Or what if thinks I'm just a faggot child? No cool it he'll be here just got to calm down..right? You waited until you decided to go upstairs and go to bed. Cassandra laughed and thought to herself my daughter: smart, attractive, stunning, caring, that guy doesn't fucking deserve her. As thought this she already made it up the stairs and slammed the door.

Wendy looked at you, the clock, you again for a good minute until the silence broke like the glass Cassandra threw in the lounge room an hour ago. She rubbed your
shoulders as she began to speak. "You can go to bed if you want and if he comes I'll make up an excuse. You put your finger on your mother's lips and told her it's okay and you waited for the next two hours. Eyes began to sink and your outfit lost flare. It was wine color dress that match your lips and your Mohawk went well with it. It was blue, red, purple, and black. You used very light natural makeup which as expensive as it was hard to put on but looked amazing on you and match your skin tone well. Which surprised you because it was always hard to find a makeup selection that went well with your skin.
You looked at the clock and left the lounge room putting your buddy holly glasses in their case and let out a single tear because it was midnight and John wasn't coming you knew it. You should've broke up with him when he didn't show up early or made excuses the first, second, billion dates you went on. "Maybe he's just like everyone else, I guess I'm not special in his eyes but at least in someone else's I was. You said stuttering, crying, sobbing, burning up bright red. Stomach in knots you were about to curse John's name in vain but a knock on the door and you groaned.

Walking to the door and saw John smirking and pulling you out from the house. He kissed you ear and you smelled him. It smelled like your best friend except it was a sex smell. You let out a tear and tried to hide it but John noticed the tears and not the pain and reason for pain as tears left your face. "Whats wrong love ye know I don't like seeing ye sad like that." He said caressing your face and kissing the tears. You chuckled and just shrugged it off. "Nothing just love you so much." You said softly that crickets couldn't hear you. "Awe that's me girl now I have our who date plan but can't last long because band stuff." You both walked off to his house and watched "Love me Tender". John brought out a teddy bear and wrapped you up in his leather jacket. Again smelling like your best friend perfume and cigarettes. John kissed you, hugged you, but never ever had once told you "I
Love you." If he said those three words to you for fact you knew that you'd forgive everything he has ever done to you.
