Ch 7 Break Ups

Aubrey POV
After yesterday I decided to take Nicki out. She was in the shower singing Song Cry and told August to be quiet and we sat in her room as she sang. You could hear that she poured her heart into it. Thus was different from when she performed. She got out of the shower and put on sweatpants and a crop top. "You ain't going no where with your belly showing like that!" August and I yelled at the same time. She jumped and clutched her heart. "Don't do that! And it's not a lot of belly." She rolled her eyes. I noticed a hickey on August chest and Nicki looked like she notice. She walked over to August and touched it. August was about to talk and she raised her hand. "No need to explain. I'm not ready for sex so you we to someone who was." She got up and he grabbed her wrist. "Don't touch me! Fuck you! I hate you!" She left leaving August standing there. I looked at him and popped him in the back of the head. "You hurt my baby." I punched him in the nose before going outside to see Nicki punching a bag in the gym. "Hey Nick. August is-" she punched through the bag. "Is irrelevant, I see." She nodded and looked at me. Her lip quivered. "Is lied daddy. I do love him. I want him you touch me and love me, but I can't do this anymore. He always has love marks." She dropped herself and I caught her before she hit the ground and she cried in my chest and rocked her back and forth. After she finished crying I took her to get froyo. We laughed and messed around joking. I looked down. "Hey daddy, you ok?" I nodded and rolled my eyes August was behind her. "You have a visitor." She was confused and she looked at August and she stood up and took 2 steps back. He started to sing he chorus of Kissin on my Tattoos. She smiled at him. "Ha! You thought you had me! You wasn't doin that when someone else was kissing on your tattoos." She looked at him and punched his chest knocking him a few feet back. "I gave you my all." I went over to her and held her close. "Daddy?" I looked at her and smiled. "I dot love anyone but you." I hugged her tighter.

Nicki POV
When we got back I locked myself in the studio and finished my song Grand Piano. I started the beat and ran into the booth and closed the door. "Am I just....a fool...." I kept singing and when the chorus came on I poured my heart out and crouching down as I sang. "The one who came to take claim if this heart. Cild hearted shame youll remain just a fraid in the dark.The people are talkin! The people are saying That you have been my heart like a grand piano!" When it finished I wiped start tears and my dad was outside the booth smiling at me. He came inside. "That was amazing. It's ok I'm here." He wiped my tears and he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. He pulled me into a hug and rocked me back and forth. "I thought he loved me daddy." I just lost myself right there.

Aubrey POV
I hurt me to see her like this. We decided to continue daddy daughter day. We laughed and had fun all day. We finally drove to the house and I tucked her in to sleep. I kissed her forehead and went to sleep myself.
