"We have to say something. We can't keep doing this." Nick pased across the room.
"Your right. But I'm scared. Can you say it please?" I begged.
"Yes. Let's go get this over with." He replied grabbing my hand.
"Are you two okay? You've been acting weird lately." Cassie asked sitting at the kitchen island.
"We have to tell you something." I said looking down and walking behind Nick.
"We're dating now." Nick said.
"No wonder why you two been acting weird." Cassie replied. "Grace you could have told me."
"I was scared." I replied walking closer to her.
"Lily isn't coming back for a while." My mom fave me a cup of coffee.
We sat down drinking our coffee for a while. It was silent.
"It's oddly quite in here!" Laurie came out of no where.
"Yah. We just told mom Nick and I are dating." I said smiling confidently. I walked away.
"Get back here missy." Laurie pulled me back.
"You didn't tell me?" She asked.
"I didn't even tell anyone." I replied. I walked away.
I grabbed my back pack and Nick did the same thing. We walked around outside and walked to school.
