Hello!!

So, let me start off by staying this was only supposed to be a contest entry book and not a cover shop (mostly because I never thought that anyone would ask for a cover made by me) but I've gotten quite a few requests and it is literally an honour to make covers for you guys!

So I decided to get professional and write up a form so you guys aren't confused and just have to make one up on your own (this is usually before I tell people there is a form and realize I'm making it harder for the both of us and I'm so sorry to anyone who has requested a cover from my un-organized self before this note, lol).

Please know that I make covers for free; no need to follow, no votes or anything. All I ask is to please give me credit. I work very hard on these covers, and just a little "This cover was made by Jenikel098" in your description, or wherever you decide to put it in the book, is much appreciated :-)

Now enough of me yapping and let's get to the form:

(I ask that you please PM me your form. If you happen to comment your form, please just next time read the info carefully and send in your form the proper way. PMs just help me stay organized and are much easier to go back to reference)

Title:

Subtitle: (optional)

Author: (only needed if it differs from your username. For example, if your username is "@MikeyIsAKitten" (lol, yes I know, great username) but you want the author to be "Chloe Garcia," please fill this part out to let me know)

Mood: (what mood do you want the cover to give off: happy, sad, mournful, creepy, etc.)

Other Details: (specific things you want on the cover. Basically anything that didn't fit into the categories already listed).

So, that's it. Pretty simple (hopefully, haha). Please be patient and do not pester me for your cover. I have a life and I have days when I'm just not inspired to make cover. If I do happen to make a cover on days when I'm stressed/uninspired, your cover will not be to the quality it should be, so please respect that it will take some time on certain covers.

*NOTE* Just so you guys know, I do not do covers on a "first come, first serve" basis. It usually works out that way, but most of the time I like to do the ones I have the most inspiration for and go from there. This doesn't mean that I'm not excited to make your cover (because trust me, I'm excited to make every request I get), it just means that maybe I needed a little more inspiration before I got started on it.
