Okay, I want this part to go slower, so I'm gonna try different spacing. Like, the kind xxMidnaxx uses. KK? And I've decided, this'll probably be the last chapter in this book. Fionna's POV

When the darkness had almost completely faded, it altogether stopped fading, and started to turn darker.

I wheel around on PG. "WHAT THE HECK PG? I THOUGHT YOU SAID IT WOULD HEAL HER?" I shout.

He looks stunned. "It-it was supposed to!" He says. Just then, the person I least wanted to see walks in the room.

"Ashley." I growl. She smiles. "It's to see you too Fionna!"

She turns to PG. "Did you do it?" He gulps and nods.

She laughs at my stunned expression. "Don't you see? He gained your trust, and stabbed you in the back!" She giggles.

"Now, the only thing that can save her, is the life of a young vampire." She flips her white hair behind her back.

I grit my teeth, then I turn to Marsh. "Marsh, I will always love you, no matter what. Just don't forget that."

He opens his mouth to protest, but I stop him with one last kiss. "I'm sorry Marsh. I've got to save Simone."

I hear a wail from the corner, and see Cake, tears pouring down her face. I go to her and hug her.

"It's okay Cake. You'll always, always be the best sister ever." She sniffs, then hugs me tighter. "I'm gonna miss you Fi." I hug back, my voice cracking. "I'm gonna miss you too Cake."

I turn back to Marsh, who has a single tear running down his cheek. I float over to him and wipe it off with my finger. "Marshall Lee Abadeer, I'm going to miss you so much. But remember one thing." I wipe a tear of my own. "Vampires shouldn't cry."

I walk over to Ashley who has a triumphant smirk on her face. "I'm ready." I stammer.

She smiles sweetly and pulls out a wooden dagger from her bag. "I've waited so long for this day."

She grins and pulls back the dagger, and I close my eyes tightly.

The next thing I know, I'm sitting in a hospital bed, clutching Cake's paw in one hand, and some bed sheets in another.

I hear Cake screech, "She's awake!" I turn my head and see a teary-eyed Cake.

"W-what happened?" I ask. I feel my neck, which is clean of any bite marks, and glance at Cake.

"Is she awake?" Gumball rushes in. I ball my hand into a fist. "YOU!" I shout. "YOU STAY AWAY FROM ME!"

Cake grabs my shoulder. "Fionna, you got in a fight, and you were very badly injured, we didn't know if you would ever wake up."

I let this information sink in, and I manage to ask, "Exactly what happened, and how long have I been out?"

Doctor Prince steps forward. "You were badly injured, so your mind created a false-reality. You've been out for about 3 months."

"Three months." I mutter. "Wow." Cake smiles. "The point is, you're okay."

"Marshall!" I say. Cake cocks her head. I sit up. "I have to see Marshall."

"Already here." I hear Marshall's voice ring out in the hospital room. I attack him with a hug.

"Marshall! I love you, and I just have to acknowledge that." I look up at him. "If you don't love me back, I totally understand-"

He cuts me off with a kiss. "I've loved you since the day I met you." We bring our lips together again, and for the first time in quite a while in my mind, everything is well.
