Damian curled up in his bed, hoping to burry himself in his pillows and blankets. He was having a hard time wrapping his mind around what just happened, not that his sore rear wasn‘t making it any easier.

Rainy could be harsh at times and wasn't by far the easiest person to live with. But to suddenly punish him like a child, well frankly it scared him more than just a little.

Damian sniffled and rubbed lightly at his bottom, definitely feeling like a naughty child. The teen didn't mind that he was grounded for once, despite taking other punishments earlier. Because he didn't plan on leaving his room, ever. Every once in a while it's fine to give in and run away with your imagination and that was just what the teen was doing.

Rainy picked up the pencil and tried again for the song she had been working on previously, but it wasn’t easy. There was a bit too much on her mind, but she knew once Lacy was over that it would harder to get a quiet moment. Plus, she had work the next day.

"Hey Rainy," her identical twin, Stormy, called. Being identical twins meant that they shared the same black hair and dark blue eyes that both come from their father, and an oblong shape of face that was inherited from their mother. Their figures mimicked each other in their tall, thin structure.

Stormy carried a more gentle atmosphere than the slightly older twin and kept her hair about shoulder length while Rainy preferred having her hair longer. She was the type of person that you went to for moral support. Meanwhile Rainy was a bit different, though kind in her own way. Most people turned to her for help with more complicated problems. In a sense, the two made a good team with their personalities different enough that they meshed perfectly.

Shortly followed was eight year old, Lacy. The little girl had her mother’s chocolaty brown, wavy hair and her father’s blue eyes. Her petit frame wasn’t quite developed yet, but she had a few years before any change beside height was likely to occur.

Rainy smiled and hugged her sisters, “Hi guys.”

"Rainy! Guess what we did in camp today!" Demanded Lacy, she was super excited and had a big smile on her face.

"What's that?" Rainy smiled down at the girl.

"We got to ride horses today!" Lacy smiled widely, thinking of this as a great feat. Never before did she get to ride them in her eight years, so it was something super cool to her.

"That sounds like fun! Did you fall off?" Rainy said picking up her sister and setting the child in her lap.

Lacy was enjoying the attention on her and giggled. "Not me! I'm a real cowgirl." She even had a hat that could prove it in her room, but she still needed the boots.

"You sure are," Rainy praised and both twins smiled at their youngest sibling.

"I wish I had a horse." Lacy said smiling back. "Cause then I would ride her everyday." And in her mind it would have to be a girl, she wouldn’t want to ride a boy horse. Boys were really icky and gross. Expect for Damian and his friends since they were older and really cool, well when they were nice to her.

"Maybe we could set you up riding lessons," Stormy suggested, thinking that if it made the girl that happy it would be worth it.

Rainy nodded to agree with her sister. That is if Lacy was truly wanting to ride horses so much, and this wasn’t just a passing fad to the girl. She didn’t want this to turn out like ballet, gymnastics, and soccer had. Horses seemed to hold a bigger importance though, maybe it would work.

"Really! That would be so cool!" Lacy said getting off Rainy's lap so that she could dance around the room. The child loved to act silly, but in her mind her dance moves were the best.
