After a week staying at number 12 Grimmauld Place Kingsley came back telling us that Harry was expelled and that Dumbledore was trying to get a formal hearing about the use of a patronus charm in front of muggles.

"We're going out to get Harry now,"Mad Eye announced. We nodded has he and a few of the old members of the Order left.

"Be good and don't do anything reckless while we're away." Tonks winked at us. Ron and Hermione we're talking to each other. Before Mrs. Weasley sent us upstairs to wait for Harry's Arrival.

"Hi Creature" I smiled at the house elf as it glared at me muttering something about me being a filthy mudblood.

"Why do you even try?" Cedric laughed. As we talked about the different things we had heard that happened during Harry's attack.

"Shhh. Someone's coming up stairs." Ron whispered before we realized that it was Harry. Hermione jumped him giving him a huge hug.

"Harry You're Here!" She said hiding her face into his neck. Once she finally released him she continued "We heard about the dementor attack tell us everything about it and this hearing at the ministry it's just outrageous!"

"I think it's ridiculous that they'd think that anyone would conjure a patronus to show off to a Muggle." rolling my eyes "Anyways Voldemort has been known to get magical creatures to join his side. He got the giants in the past why wouldn't the Dementors be happy to join his side if it meant they could consume all the happiness in the world. Sorry honey" I say patting Cedric's back for saying Voldemort's name

"You know that fearing the name only gives him more control over you though." Hermione chimed "Anyways they can't expel you they can't I looked it up and it's just unfair." She continued

"Yea well there's a lot of that going around." He said walking into the room more and noticed Cedric and I

"You guys are here."

"Yup." I responded giving him a hug

"What is this place?" He asked looking around.

"It's HQ." Ron responded.

"For the order of the Phoenix." Cedric finished.

"It's a secret society that Dumbledore formed back when they first fought you know who."

"And I suppose you couldn't put this in a letter or anything" He said glaring at Hermione and Ron. "I've gone all summer without a scrap of news."

"We wanted to mate. We did I swear" Ron said

"Dumbledore made us all swear not to say anything through owl. Especially since the ministry has been messing with the post lately." Hermione told him.

"It's because of all the news about Voldemort's return, sorry babe." I said giving him a quick kiss on the cheek.

"Why didn't he contact me sooner than this. I'm the one who fought him!" Harry said raising his voice a bit until Fred and George apparated in scaring startling Harry a bit.

"Harry"

"Thought we heard your distraught voice Harry."

"Don't bottle it up friend let it all out"

"Anyways if you're done with shouting"

"Want to hear something a little more interesting?" They said taking turns. Before the door opened and Ginny came in.

"Hi Harry" Her face started to glow with happiness.

"Hey Ginny." He smiled back not really paying much attention to the little ginger.

"If you plan on using extendable ears it isn't going to work. Mum put a charm on the door. Tonks showed me how to detect them. You won't be able to get the ear under the door." She explained.

"Speaking of the meeting. We should probably head down about now. They told us to wait until Harry arrived after all." I said to Cedric

"You two are part of the order?" Harry asked looking taken aback.

"Yeah we are. You see with the order's help I got to dig into my family's past and found out that not only is my dad related to Tom Riddle, the Riddles were squibs. After all my dad was a pure blood. Anyways we have to go to the meeting you guys can update him on Percy." I said changing the topic and ran off. Percy had gotten in trouble since he was promoted and didn't care about how or why and was bad mouthing Mr. Weasley. After the meeting had completed Mrs. Weasley got up and exited the door seeing everyone walking down the stairs.

"Dinner will be in the kitchen" She smiled before the twins apparated down the stair quickly, which earned them a scolding as Cedric and I got up to help bring the food out. "Just because you can use magic now doesn't me you have to wipe your wand out for everything!" watching Harry hug Sirius. During dinner Sirius explained to Harry how odd his trail was and Tonks played around with us showing us different animal faces and Fred glared at the cat.

"Keep doing that and I swear the cat will explode." I joked. Crookshanks had eaten a few extendable ears in the past.

"Show him. He'll find out soon enough" Moody shouted as we all looked at each other, before passing the profit to Harry the headliner being The Boy Who Lies and Fudge: "All is Well"

"They've been attacking Dumbledore as well." Mr. Weasley said.

"The ministry has been attacking anyone who claims the dark lord has returned." Sirius explained.

"Why?" Harry asked

"The Minister thinks that Dumbledore is after his job." Lupin explained

"Thats insane no one in their right mind would think that-" Harry started

"Exactly the point fudge isn't ins the right of mind. He's being twisted and warped by fear. Now fear makes people do terrible things Harry. Last time Voldemort came to power he almost destroyed everything we held most dear. Now that he's return Fudge will do anything and everything to hide that terrible truth." Lupin explained. I held Cedric's hand as they spoke. Cedric used to have an older brother who was killed by Voldemort when Cedric was only 1 year old, Cedric's brother was 13 and went out by himself and ran into a death eater.

"We think Voldemort wants to build up his army again. Fourteen years ago he had huge numbers. Not just witches and wizards but all manner of dark creatures. He's been gathering recruiters and so have we but that's not the only thing he's gathering-" Sirius was about to explain more but Mad-Eye cleared his throat. "We believe that Voldemort might be looking for something else."

"Sirius" Mad-Eye said trying to stop him.

"Something he didn't have before." Sirius continued

"What you mean like a weapon or something." Harry asked.

"No. He's just a boy" Mrs. Weasley said taking the paper away from Harry.

"Only members of the Order can know the rest." I say and with a small smile. "You might as well induct him into the order."

"Alexandria!" Mrs. Weasley shouted at me causing the twins to grin along with me as Harry said.

"Good I want to join. If Voldemort is raising an army then I want to fight!" Sirius smiled at this and laid back in his chair before winking at Harry. Mrs. Weasley angrily gave us dinner and shood us off to bed.

"She's so mad at you" Cedric laughed.

"Shh. Maybe she'll ease up a bit when we go to school" I nudge him in the arm.
