(Ciel P.O.V)
I was shocked but I kissed back.I pulled back when I felt like I was being watched. I saw Sabatian with tears in his eyes.
"s-Sabatian?" I said/asked and he picked me up and put me in another room while locking the door and Alois was screaming my name to tell you the truth I was afraid I never seen Sabatian like this hes eyes keep flashing pink every now and then
"Ciel?"Sabatian asked with hurt in his voice.
"y-yes?"I asked not know what hill do.
"I love u Ciel and this is what u do?!?" Sabatian yelled at me and pinned me to the wall.
"im.....im sorry Sabatian I just love u but I know beep down I feel for Alois too im so sorry."I started crying
"Ciel be mine?"Sabatian asked
"yes"was all I said
Sabatian pressed against my chest hard I know what he was doing I yelped in pain he took of my shirt to see 2 fresh cuts right where he pressed at.
"ciel?"Sabatian asked
"yes"I answer
"why Ciel why do u do this to yourself?" Sabatian asked in almost a whisper.
"many reasons"was all I said
"tell me at least 3 ciel" Sabatian said
"fine...(1)Depression gotten to the point where I cut myself,(2) I feel like im worthless and I hate myself,(3) the stress is becoming to much."
"Your not worthless ur amazing Im right hear ciel"Sabatian said and hugged he.me and him had our arms linked and held each other and walked out I was pulled and slapped across the face and I was on the floor and I held my check as tears formed me eyes.
"I hate you Sabatian I hate u"Alois said and was carried by his butler.
"Are u ok?!"Sabatian asked while picking me up.
"y-yes im fine"I said as I walked to my study.
