The noise of rain coming in contact with the now damp ground, the wind softly blowing through the trees. It was all so tranquil and soothing to him, the white wolf which laid peacefully on the forest floor, his eyes closed as he slept, his pure white fur wet from the weather. It was only once the wind blew harder and the lighting came with a crashing sound that his eyes slowly opened half way . His golden eyes adjusting to the light of the world,  the area around him having no direct contact with the sun which was hidden behind extremely large grey clouds. The wind was slowly starting to blow harder which made his wet body almost shiver.

The white wolf stood and shook, as if it would actually help him with the current situation, the rain was now falling down harder and attempting to shake the water off his fur again seemed useless. He mouth opening as he let out a soft yawn and stretched his legs out in front of him as he stretched his sleepy muscles. Walking forward now slowly, away from the one spot he loved to be alone and heading towards the rest of the pack. He heard a loud howl which echoed throughout the forest, a powerful howl which asserted its dominance and its demand easily. All members of the pack were to return and take refuge in the alphas den for the night as the rain was simply too hard and the lighting was dangerous which the vast amount of trees. He could hear more members which weren't far from him answer back with there own howl which was something obligatory so that the leader would know where everyone was, he although would not answer, he never did after all it was just so pointless.

He pushed on through the treeline and came across a large opening which was a small field, flowers sparkling with water as the sun occasionally peaked through the clouds and shined brightly down on the open area. He couldn't help but walk over and sniff some of the beautiful flowers, easily getting distracted from his current task which was to return to the den immediately. He took his time as he strolled along, enjoying the relaxing noises of the rain and smelling each flower he came across as he made his way through the open field. Lighting crashing in the sky behind him as he walked, sighing to himself mentally as he reached the treeline at the other side of the field. He looked back and wished he could stay but he knew it was time to go, he would surely return and make that area his new spot where he'd have time to be alone.

As he walked he continued to hear the howls of other wolves communicating through the loud crashes of thunder and lightning which the storm through at there sensitive ears. He could now officially smell the scent which the alpha had left around the center of their territory to make sure the pack members knew where the den was. He moved on, the white fur on his paws and legs being covered in dark brown mud which covered the forest floor, his legs would be tinted this brown for a little while if he didn't hurry up and get back. He looked down as he walked, watching his reflection in the puddles he walked through. His mind wandering a little as it usually did when he was alone, thinking weird things and being lost in deep thought most of the time. It was when he suddenly felt pressure on his back and his legs give out that he was snapped out of his trance. His fragile body coming into contact with the muddy ground, he almost cried out at the sudden attack from the unknown and he growled lowly at whoever was on his back as he turned his head to look at his attacker.

A tawny brown wolf who's guard hairs were banded with black fur hovered over him which a smile plastered on his face, eyes shut tightly due to the amount he was smiling. This wolfs name was Skit, a prankster, joker or whatever he was called was one of his friends.

"Awe did I scare you Levi?" Skit laughed and backed up off of the now not so much white wolf, Levi's fur was now covered in mud and leaves which stuck to it. He could hear other wolves laughing from behind trees and inside bushes and he rolled his eyes, rolling over and standing up he shook his head and looked in the direction he heard the laughter coming from. Three other wolves slowly emerged from their hiding spots and stood before him. Lined up side by side and coming down from their laughing fits.
