Please Be Mine

Joey returned to WWE as the Prince of Darkness in 2014. It was the launch of his new character and the reaction that the crowd gave him, made him realize that this would is the peak of his career. He has worked for WWE for seventeen years and has managed to make quite the name for himself. He has gained a lot of respect over the years and a lot of friends. There is one special friend though. At the beginning of the year, this beautiful girl with pale skin and dark jet black hair came up from NXT. Her name is Paige and her and Joey instantly connected. They have a the closest friendship in WWE.

Paige loves the friendship that her and Joey have, but Joey wants it to be something more. Joey has had feelings built up for over a year now. He believes that he can treat her so much better than what her ass of a boyfriend Alberto Del Rio can. There's just one problem, he has no idea how to express his feelings for the girl of his dreams.

"Joey you need to tell Paige how you truly feel." Naomi said. "She is really falling for Alberto. You need to tell her."

"I know, it's just hard to. I freeze up." Joey said rubbing his face. "It'll be okay. Look, he she comes now. It's time Joey."

"Hey Paige."

"Hey Naomi, Joey."

"Is everything okay?" Joey asked seeing as Paige looked a little tense about something.

"Oh I'm fine. It's Del Rio who can't stop complaining about everything I do."

"What'd he do this time?" Naomi asked nudging me. "He just always tell me what I should wear. He's a conceited asshole sometimes. We haven't spoken since we got here but I'll be okay. Until I see his face that is." Paige chuckled.

"Aww I wish I could I stay and chat but I really have to go." Naomi said standing up. "It's time." She whispered in Joey's ear.

"Hey Pai-"

"WOW! Okay Del Rio. And to think everything was going so well. Sorry Joey but I have to go confront Alberto. He just broke up with me."

Before Joey could even speak, she was already off going to talk to Del Rio.

After his match, Joey found Paige and Del Rio laughing, joking, kissing. He felt like now he really did have to tell her.

"Paige can I talk to you for a minute?" Joey said.

"Yeah no problem."

"This isn't entirely easy for me to say but, for the past year I have kept so many things bottled up inside. And it's been my feelings for you. I have loved our friendship and I know that this might ruin it, but I have feelings for you Paige and I'm sick of seeing you get hurt."

Paige started to panic inside. Her and Del Rio have had many problems but what couple doesn't? She was conflicted at this cause she started remembering the feelings she had for Joey awhile back but never could totally admit to them. Maybe this was sign.

"Joey, I don't know. I love you like a brother I never pictured this, us, together. I don't know."

"Paige I'm not telling you to choose. I'm telling you to figure out what you want. I care more about you than what that asshole will. I'll be there for you." Joey took Paige's hand. She seem distressed.

"Look Joey I really can't do this right now." She said walking away.

Later The Night:

Joey was in his hotel room taking a nap when he heard a knock on the door.

"What do wan-Paige."

"You. I want you Joey." Paige kissed Joey. He wrapped his arms around her and realized he finally got the girl.
