: Macey's POV :
Elijah sat Klaus and I in separate rooms before coming back to me. He sat down beside me but I simply stood up to walk away, I felt betrayed. There was so much he had failed to tell me, I only managed to walk a few steps before I felt someone pull me back, I landed on something warm, I turned around to see Elijah's broad chest, I looked up to see him peering down at me, I looked down to see his knees. I was sitting on his lap. I turned into a tomato as I tried to stand up his grip only tightened, his mouth now at my ear
"I am so sorry...Macey.." He whispered huskily, causing my body to shiver involuntarily "Allow me to make it up to you.." His lips hovered as they moved down to my neck, his breath made me tense, I turned my head to him slightly, though I could see only his hair, his grip remained firm until we heard a cough.
"Ahem.." It was Klaus, Elijah's 'brother'. "I'm sure you're sharing a tender moment but we have business that needs taken care of.."
I immediately removed myself from Elijah and sat on the sofa, Elijah looked quite frustrated "Who is Octavia?" I finally asked.
Elijah sighed "I suppose you deserve an answer...Octavia was.." He began though was rudely interrupted by Klaus "Is, Elijah...I can't tell you of her past, nor how or whom brought into this world, though I can tell you from the time she met me to the present..She was working in a bar in the seventeenth century...She was beaten for being different by her adoptive family. I heard her screams and cries and it was in that moment that I abandoned my duties to a Scottish Lord and slaughtered her adoptive family..." Klaus stared at me "She had long white hair and starry blue eyes, as if an angel sent from heaven. I healed her with my blood in the carriage on the way back to our mansion only to find out she was allergic to vervain, even as a human, so, I turned her..She was by my side for over two hundred years...Then I left her alone one night, allowing her to play violin.." He seemed to death stare Elijah "Then Elijah walked in.."
"Niklaus please.." Elijah took a step forward.
"NO! This is my story, Elijah, your little friend deserves to hear it, she deserves to know what you really are.." Niklaus turned to me "Elijah threatened her, strangling her. He had consumed vervain knowing she was allergic, so that if she tried to bite him she'd die..She is, in a way, weaker than all vampires...I then wiped her memory and sent her away.." He finished, glancing at a seemingly heart broken Elijah before turning back to me "You smell just like her, rose and vanilla as well as her natural earthy scent..."
I couldn't help but see Elijah in a completely different light...
