What the actual fuck is going on ? I'm honestly so confused right now .
I couldn't bare to see him standing outside any longer .

"Harry you idiot , just come inside ."
I closed my balcony door and walked to my front door , Harry made it just in time before I opened it.

"What do you want Harry ?" I questioned him , eyeing him up and down . While I was waiting for an answer I walked to the bathroom I shared with my brother liam , who should be here any minute , to grab a towel .

"I wanted to apologize," I handed him the green towel. "for everything I did to you in high school , for ditching you in 8th grade . I was a complete arse and I feel terrible every day. I shouldn't have treated you like that and I'm sorry ."
I was completely taken aback . Should I forgive him ? Fuck it .

"You're forgiven , Harry ." I replied , slowly looking up at the boy , who is much closer to me than he was before .

"You really mean that , Lynn ?" He called me a nickname that only my family and friends have called me before .

"I mean it , Hazza ." My eyes finally met his gorgeous green ones . I hugged him tight , I missed my best friend .

A few hours went by and we both sat on her living room floor , devouring candy and catching up .
You see , we used to be best friends all throughout elementary to 8th grade . I was stupid and started hanging out with the cool kids and ditched Madalynn all because they didn't think she was cool . After high school went by I started realizing just how stupid of a decision that was because I had fallen in love with her . I didn't know how to deal with my feelings so I just joined in with the other popular kids and made fun of her , bad choice. No this isn't one of those sappy love stories , it's just a boy who made a stupid decision and is trying to get the love of his life back to him . Wow , it really does sound like a sappy love story .

I heard the front door open , I got up and walked closer to the door to greet my brother .

"Harry what the hell are you doing here ?"
I was confused , they knew each other ?

"Liam ? Madalynn is this your boyfriend ?"
Ew .. no .. I'd never date my brother ..

"Haz this is my brother ." I slowly replied walking over to the couch where Harry was sitting.

"How do you two know each other exactly ?" I continued .

"We're in the same band ? Liam you never told her ?" I was completely taken aback .

"Damnit Harry I hadn't told her yet." Liam sneered .

"Explanation , someone , now ." I hissed .

They spent a whole hour telling me about One Direction . I never knew my brother was into this type of stuff .

"Now Madalynn , how do you know Harry ?" Liam questioned me .

"We were best friends from elementary through middle school . We kinda lost touch in high school , but we started talking again ." I left out the bad stuff because I didn't want anything bad between the two of them .

"I was kinda an ars.." Harry stopped talking when he saw the look I was giving him .
"Yeah , I really missed her so I got her number from her best friend Tara , and now I'm here. " Harry quickly changed topics .

We continued the conversation for a little while longer , then Liam excused himself to shower.

"Harry ," He looked up at me . " you finally grew up ." He chuckled at my words , remembering that all through out our lives I would always tell him to grow up . Him apologizing to me was one of the most "grown up" things I've ever seen him do.
