The Meet...

He entered the college and quietly looked around searching for that one face and saw her near the cafeteria chatting with the cool guys of the college, taking another peek he just passed them towards his locker to retrieve his books and sighed knowing that a girl like Sanjana will never ever fall for a guy like him.

She saw him entering the college and looking around, she wondered whom he is searching for, noticing him looking towards her she quickly looked away and acted like she was chatting with the guys around her.
She slightly peeked at him and noticed him coming towards her, but he just took a look and walked away. What's so special about him that I just can't resist him she thought, he is truly special bcoz she can't just resist him.

Retrieving the books he turned to go meet his so called friends or rather the bunch of people who took pity on him and included him in their gang.

Nopes he is not miserable, he just have very little self confidence and is too self conscious.
His friends always chided him for his immaturity but they openly acknowledged him as one of them.

At 6 feet with a healthy body Aryan was good looking it's just that he never cared to look in the mirror twice.

He still remember the 1st day of college when he was so nervous and scared.
Despite having a built up body he was a little kid inside.
He was still busy in those memories when he got smacked from behind,
Irritated yet smiling he turned to catch hold his assailant knowing full well who smacked him,
"do you really need to make my head a pulp this early?? " he asked Tanya messing with her hair.
"don't you dare!!! " she shouted back trying to run away from his hold.
He laughed while chasing her to his usual hangout spot where the full group met everyday.

At 5'2" with short hair and chubby face Tanya was one of the first he met and instantly bonded with, she was a tom boy who loves playing pranks but her pranks never worked on him.

"Looks like the prince charming is finally here" Avinash said trying to make fun of him and was awarded with a smack on the back of his head,
"Leave him alone dude, why the heck u need to be an as* this early morning?" Nikhil asked and he smiled knowing fully well that the idiot was just jealous of his bond with tanya.

Aryan never could understand how a player like Avanish has a crush on a tomboyish girl like Tanya but not everything is easy to understand, right??

As they turned to walk to class they heard a loud roar of bike and understood Dev aka the lazy king is ready to make an entrance.
They chuckled while waiting for him and his girlfriend who also happens to be their friend Ishika. And soon came rushing the healthy nerd of their group Aman.
"Damn, dude u just missed the burger that we all finished" said Tanya teasing him for his foodieness.
And they all laughed moving towards the class.
Aryan never thought life could be fun Without struggles but his group made him feel that every struggle is worth it when you have friends beside you...

While in the class, Sanjana was looking around wondering where did Aryan went?? But couldn't find him, as the class teacher entered silencing them with her just her presence.
In late 50s Mrs Shobha Dutt was a force no one dares to face in the college.
"Sit down class!!" She spoke loudly making everyone take their seats and noticed a bunch of students standing on the gate asking for permission,
"Now, where you all were??, don't you know I prefer my students being punctual?" she asked.

"Sorry ma'am" Aryan replied slowly looking guilty while the others just stood behind him letting him take all the blame, knowing fully well he was one of her favourite so they won't be getting marked absent except some scoldings.

"You know your friends often use you as a guinea pig letting you take all the blame every time" mrs dutt told him and he smiled silently.
Shaking her head she just motioned them to enter knowing fully well they won't be changing anytime soon.

While the others took their usual spots in the back, Aryan sat in the corner seat at front as its one of his favourite class.
Mrs dutt smiled at him and said softly
"beta, u need to stop taking all the blame, I know you treasure them but don't overdo this friendship, you are too naive" at which he just smiled back and started preparing the notes.

While in the back Sanjana couldn't understand why he prefer to stay in group who don't even acknowledge him properly and wondered if there's something going on between Aryan and girls from his group.
She decided to clear her doubts as she didn't like to be in dilemma.

Soon she got her chance in the ladies restroom where she noticed Tanya and Ishika together fixing their hair and clothes.

"Hey guys!!" she greeted them and was greeted back. "So, anything going on in your group??" she asked at which both looked her as if she has sprouted an extra head,
Clarifying herself she said that she heard another couple is in making in their group at which both started laughing.

"dude, there's only 2 girls in our group and one is already booked while none of them appealed much to me" tanya replied. "oh, so that teacher's pet is still in market" sanjana said.
"what do you mean by that?" asked Tanya, "we don't know what's your problem is but please don't give weird names To anyone"
"i am sorry, I didn't mean it that way, I know he is one of the grt guy in college, I was just joking. " Apologized Sanjana.
And then Sanjana realized why Aryan prefer being with this group.
They actually consider him their friend and are protective for him.

It made her more curious what's so special in him that even his friends are so possessive and protective for him.
