(Time Skip: Next Day - They both got home safely, but were still very upset over the events that occurred)
*Tikkis POV*
I woke up, still worried for Marinette, I hate that this had to happen to her. I have never seen her this upset, and I hated it.
I slowly looked at the clock, seeing that she had 15 minutes to get ready. I poked her cheek,
"Marinette? Marinette!"
She opened one eye, "Mm?"
"Marinette, I know you don't want to school today, and I hate that I have to wake you up. But you must face Chloe today! You can do, c'mon Marinette!"
I spoke encouraging words to Marinette, but in reality, I was a nervous wreck of how things would go down today.
*Marinettes POV*
I sighed, smiling sadly, "I hope you're right Tikki"
I got out of bed, moping my way through my morning routine. Once out the door, I slowly walked to school, Tikki hidden in my purse. I walked through the front doors, not bothering to look for Alya.
I went into class, and to my normal seat. I took out my sketchbook and started sketching some designs.
Time passed by, and soon, a hand touched the same shoulder Chat touched yesterday. I looked up and into the eyes of the one and only -

YES, YES, YOU SAW RIGHT, CHAPTER 9 IS UP!!! Like promise, I'll try and upload more often; I'm trying to make it once a day, but I doubt I'll be able to keep it up for the whole summer, so I've decided that I'll try to upload once I finish writing and revising a chapter, and at most you'll have to wait a week.
I'm sorry I left you guys with a cliffhanger, but who do you think decides to talk to Marinette? No spoilers, nope, just stayed tune for the next chapter 🌚
