                          Calli's Pov
                          Just as I parked my car in the school lot, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Looking back, I saw Chase.

                          "Can I talk to you?" he said looking me in my eye. I could se some hidden emotion deep in his eyes.
                          "Okay?"
                          "Okay?" he asked confused.
                           " I said yes now come on before I change my mind" *smirks*
                          "I actually thought you would say no"
                          We came to a bench outside the school and sat down. There was a moment of silence before he started talking.
                          "Cee Cee I know I said it before but I truly am sorry for being a dick yesterday. I just want to protect you because I don't wanna lose you" *ran hair through hair* "Your the only REAL female I've been friends with before real talk"
                          *smiles* "I'm right here and I'm not going anywhere. keep acting like you did and you will lose me for sure but not before you get the beat down" I said and ended with a laugh.
                          "Damn, this was easier than I thought"
                          "Hold up ! Don't be thinking imma let you off easy every time. this is just for now" *rolls eyes playfully*
                          "Your so cute when you feisty, I like it" *smile*
                          "Oh whatever"
                          "Thanks for forgiving me" he scooted over and kissed my cheek.
                          A light pink shade of blush crept on my face and I knew it! I buried my face in my hands embarrassed. After a few seconds I peeked through my hands to see chase laughing at me. We both took a minute and got a good laugh in. I suddenly heard the late bell of the school ring.
                          "Come on silly, we're late!"
                          Our hands intertwined and we ran inside school together.
