Me and a jerk prince vampire? I'd rather die!

We went different directions. Of course they would come after us, I told them and they came quick, quicker then i expected from them and it was only a few hours ago that Savannah's parents were attacked. A few hours is enough time to get together and come after us I reminded myself grimly. I hope they are doing much better then I am. "Split up, each of us goes after one of them," I heard her voice, uh oh. Guys, they are splitting up and going after us one by one, be on guard. I sent that thought to each of them with oks. I slipped into an alley. It was just this morning we met and now this wild adventure was starting? Was it the beginning of something? Does that mean we have to work with them? My parents warned me of this. Damn, dead end, I wasn't paying attention, sigh. "There you are," I heard her voice and shivered. I turned to her glaring. "What's with that face gramps, it looks like you were caught doing something, which you did, admit it," she said. "What makes you think I did something hag?" I asked her smirking. She grinned, "I have my ways of knowing things," she said. "Fine, do you know what I'm about to do?" I asked her. She stared, "If you're a regular person, you wouldn't be able to do anything," she said. All this time I was edging toward her. "Neither could you if you were a normal girl," I said, then a thought formed into my mind. "Wanna bet on that?" I grabbed her. "Let me go!" she cried. "Nope," I said grinning at her. She stopped struggling and gave me a sweet smile. "I hate you so I'm gonna do this, don't take it too personally," she said and punched me in the eye. "What the hell?!" I said clutching my eye. "I said don't take it personally and don't ever touch me again, now listen to me, I know you didn't attack them, that's why I'm going to say this, help me find the culprits who did this," she said staring at me. "Please," she added. "If I do, will you promise never ever to punch me again?" I asked her. She nodded, "Fine, let me tell my brothers." Guys, they don't mean us harm, they want to talk to us, meet you guys back home. "Were meeting them back at my house," I informed her and started walking. "How's your eye?" she asked, her voice softer then usual. I glanced at her and was surprised at her look, it was full of sorrow. Wow, she was a good actor. "It's fine, we heal fast, you should know, you said you knew what we were," I said looking at her. She blushed, "Oh yeah," she mumbled. I saw her staring at me. "What, do I have something on me," I asked irritably. "No, it's your looks, you and your brothers, they surprise us," was all she said and looked away. Our looks? I was correct!! They liked our looks. They couldn't help staring and thinking about us. A smile appeared on my lips, I felt something inside me stirring. I must be hungry. Our looks though. I admit, we had pale white skin and was 5'9, exactly the same skin tone as them which I have no idea how that happened. But I had black hair and my grey eyes that turn maroon when I'm angry and glow red when I'm using my power or feeding. I sighed, nothing unusual, just the regular Prince Kaname. "What's up with you?" she asked staring at me, apparently she heard my sigh. I shook my head and asked, "Do you know who did it?" "Nope, but we know who attacked us today and maybe that person will know who attacked them," she said. Great, and what does having someone attacking her involve the attack on the parents? They were already there when we arrived. "Wow, what happened to you," Chris said. I glared at him, "Just a minor accident," I said glancing at Rina, she was tomato red. Good, she deserved embarrassment after what she did to me. "Climb up to that window," I told them and waited for them to start climbing. Soon, we were seated comfortably around the room. "OK, so, enlighten us, tell us what's happening," Jonathan said. "Well, we know that we were attacked at school today and that it wasn't on accident, someone wanted us knocked out and me in a coma so we wouldn't interfere with their plans, so they probably sent an attack on us, they probably didn't know what we were and we know that vampires attacked Savannah's parents and that you guys are the only vampire's in a 10 mile radius but that before you came, there had been previous attacks like this, so were wondering what is attacking us and if you could help us look for the culprit and something," Rina said, staring at us. We were quiet. "Could you tell us who attacked you," Alex said. "Well, it was a surprise attack on us and only Angela saw it," Raven said. We all looked at Angela, "Well, it was Stacy and her group of cronies," Angela said sheepishly. We stared at her for a moment and then the girls broke out laughing. "No seriously, tell us who did it," Savannah said holding her side. Did I mention that when Rina laughed it sent my heart fluttering? Damn you heart, I have no heart beating, and what the hell am I thinking?! Sends my heart fluttering, I'm a fearsome prince! I have no time for foolish ideas. Boy did she smell good. Gah!!! "It was her, when I looked back, I saw her and her cronies walking toward us, and they were holding something that made me feel weak, so I said run, and we got to the hallway before I turned and everything went black, before that happened, I just got a glimpse of her face," Angela said. Rina looked thoughtful, "If that's true, we are in more danger then I thought, and we can't change either, what are we going to do," she said frustrated. She touched that heart necklace she wore. Now that I mention it, she always wore that, hmm. "We'll see on Monday what will happen, are you going to help us or not?" she asked, turning toward us. "I already agreed so......." "Well, if Kaname agrees, I guess we have no choice but to follow through with it," Jake said and everyone agreed. "Excellent, then we'll see you soon," Rina said then nodded to them, "Come on, I'm tired and have had enough excitement, I don't want anymore on our way home," and jumped out the window. The rest followed suit. Wait, jumped out the window, the window was high up, they wouldn't survive!!!! I rushed over to see them sneaking stealthily through the night, wow it was night already? How did they survive that jump? Were they more then what they seemed? Were they a threat to us? Then I shuddered as a thought came to me, a thought I didn't like. Were they, could they be, Slayers????
