I am so annoyed by the ignorant people of this world. Cutting does not mean that a person is suicidal. Sometimes that is the only coping mechanism they have. So saying "cut deeper next time" or "down the road, not across the street" just proves how idiotic you are. Several people who cut know exactly what they're doing. They could easily end their lives if they would like, but that would be much too easy. They choose to punish themselves by causing pain and scares. Experiencing this pain takes their minds off of their appearance, depression, home lives, stress at school or work, etc... So stop pushing these people toward suicide. Show a little more compassion and a little less ignorance.
