Sometimes I get really worked up. Whether it be talking, hanging around friends, large crowds, family gatherings, messaging you guys, or even writing.

It's hard for me to just set aside my nerves and take the breaks I need.

My best friend is usually the one that tells me I need these breaks because I get so sidetracked, though sadly she doesn't live around here. So i tend to push those nerves aside, where they build until I can't function.

Drawing is one of the few things that calm me down when this happens. But when that doesn't work music helps. And reading is always enjoyable.

Sometimes you just need to take a break and that's okay.

It's okay to spend time alone. And take a breather. It's only natural.
