You hugged your knees to your chest trying to comfort yourself as tears steamed down your face. Leo sat beside you, gently running his hand up and down your back trying to soothe you.
"What's wrong princess?" He asked quietly. You shook your head, declining to answer the question. He sighed, sorrow clouding his eyes.
"Please" he begged, you hated it when his voice was laced with hurt.
"She hates me" you confined.
"Who hates you baby?" He asked puzzled, you smiled lightly at the way he looked so cute and innocent when he didn't understand something. "Charlie's girlfriend"
His face softened in understanding."she just doesn't know you yet" he disagreed. "Give it time"
You nodded, even though you knew every rude comment and disapproving gaze would still hurt. Leondre kissed you temple, then your nose and then finally settling on your lips.
