This is only the second part to my journey. But tonight's topic is dedicated to whoever can relate to what i'm about to say. You may not relate to this and that's okay. There will be plenty more chapters, I promise.

Anyway, this one is for the people who suffer from any disorder at all. Maybe it effects the way you function in society, maybe you're the only one who knows and you keep it a secret from everyone. Whatever it may be, do not let it stop you. From anything. I do understand that it isn't that easy. It will definitely take work, time, and effort. But I believe you can accomplish anything. I do encourage you to seek help professionally. I am no therapist that's for sure.. As I was saying, this disorder you have, even if its small, should be taken very seriously. Don't give up on yourself and quit fighting. Trust me, everything has a happy ending. If you don't feel happy where you're currently at then you haven't reached the end yet.

Everyone has a dream in life. A goal. Something they really want to do. So that means you have a dream. Maybe your dream is to travel, explore, entertain. So don't let that anxiety or depression stop you! If you want to accomplish this goal in life you have to learn to heal. Being around a negative environment will promote negative thoughts or behavior. Try to remove yourself from that or limit that negativity to a minimum. I know family can go to far, or maybe your parents don't get along to well. But you have to realize you aren't alone. Other people are going through exactly what you're experiencing. Just have faith in yourself. You have a purpose. Find it and full fill it. This goes for any disorder. Mind over matter. Be stronger than the disorder. It is your mind so get it under control. I know you can. I've had my fair share of what you may be going through. It gets better. One day you'll have a house, family, a career, and you'll have people that look up to you. For guidance. Maybe you will have a kid just like you. Teach him/her that life is an adventure. Never settle for mediocre. Raise your standards and shoot higher.

Whether it's days, months, or years you will reach a point in your life where you can look back and say, "I made it."
