My name is Isabella Jones, and this is my story. I'm sitting at a desk, old now, writing this. I figured I should get it down on paper before my time is up. Before I start to forget. The doctor said it was the early stages of Alzheimer's. And I will never want to forget Kadon Constantine, so I'm writing it down. I have been trying to reach Kadon lately, to get his side in all this, to make a better story. My doctor says I could a famous author. Of course, by the time I'm done writing this, fame won't matter anymore. Nothing will matter. I will die slowly, alone. My family stuck me in this nursing home.
It is getting dark outside. I will begin my story.
