Chapter 3

~Min-Ji's POV~

     I unfroze from the memory. Quickly exiting the room and heading to the new cofee shop with my bestie. We walked towards the shop chatting animatedly. She's one of the few people who are able to make me feel happy. As we approached the coffee shop I read the sign board. 

     "Hmmmm...... Coffe Prince? As in like the drama?" I looked at my friend quizically. 

     "Yup. Come on! I need my coffe NOW." She said pulling my hand, dragging me into the store. 

     We sat down at a booth near the back. Suddenly, she blurted out, "I got tickets to EXO's concert!! Eeeeeppppp!! You have to come with me. I want my bestie to be at the consert with me! I'm so excited!!!" she started fangirling and droning on and on about how long it took for her to get the tickets. I froze over. 'EXO. Min-Seok.' Those thoughts kept running through my head. I started to feel sad, just as I started to enjoy myself. Once she saw my shocked and saddened face, her bubbly manner turned serious. She stared at me for a while before talking to me.

     "What's wrong with you? Why are you so down? Is it the same reason why you're always sad? I want to help you Min-Ji, please tell me." She said quietly. 

     You might be thinking, why doesn't she know about my past although she's my best friend? Well, I do not really like talking about that subject. But....... I guess she has a right to know. 

     I took a deep breath before plunging into the story. How we met, to the times we spent together. The time when we confessed, when he left with a promise that was broken eventually. I cried while I was talking, Han-Bi hugged me and rubbed soothing circles on my back. 

     "I th....thought he li..... liked me...." I said between hicups. Tears streaming down my face once I completed my story. 

     "If it makes you feel better, we don't have to go to the concert." She said, dissapointment lacing her words. 

     "It's ok...... We can go. Besides, I have to face him sooner or later." I said. Han-Bi had done so many things for me, this is the least I could do for her. 

     Her face immediately perked up at my words and she hugged me happily. Suddenly we heard a voice.

     "Hello?"
