Let the crushing commence

After we exited the building, we headed towards a white civic. I was so excited in the moment, i was in his car. Well not yet, but i was about to. He unlocked his car and ran to open the door for me, "Thank you." I said with a smile and he just nodded his head a bit. He got in and turned the car on and we just sat there for a couple of minutes in complete silence. Great im skipping class with a stranger whom i happen to like and its awkward. "So..." I said trying to break the ice. He adjusted in his seat to look at me, and he opened his mouth but no words came out. He backed out of the parking spot and exited the school parking lot. IS HE KIDNAPPING ME???? "Im really hungry, hope you don't mind if we stop to eat." Do dates happen like this? I mean i wouldnt know, i've never had a boyfriend yet alone kissed one. "Yeah sure don't worry." Damon drove us to McDonalds , i could literally live just eating their fries but he doesn't need to know that. He ordered and asked me what i wanted, of course I wasn't going to fight with him about food, i need food to survive. So i ordered a 10 pack chicken nugget meal. Fatty, great now he probably thinks you're wasting his money. HE'S ALSO GOING TO STARE AT ME EAT. What am i so worried about? Ugh i just need to calm down. We got our food and sat down in a random table. We ate in silence, and so we finished in silence. "So i should explain... My dad got arrested last night, he was charged with murder. My mom can't take care of all of us so she's thinking of either putting me and my younger brother up for adoption so we can live a good life or i'd have to drop out of school and work to help. That's why i've been quiet and sad." WOW UM WHAT DO I SAY? YOU CANT JUST BREAK THE ICE LIKE THAT. OH HEY YOU KNOW MY WHOLE LIFE JUST GOT DESTROYED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. "Well even though we don't know each other i am here to talk if you need me and i'll give you my shoulder to cry on" Good i think i cant deal with emotional people. " Wow thank you Celine, and same here. Let me take you out saturday?" WHAT. OH. MY. GOD. Well more like gosh i dont know if there is a God. ANYWAYS. "Yeah sure, where to?" Damn i'm slick for the first time. " It'll be a surprise, i'll plan it out nicely so i can have some control in my life." HES SO CUTE I COULD J-  KISS ME HE KISSED ME. OH MY,  HE KISSED ME NOW IM KINDA LEANING TOWARDS GOD BECAUSE THIS IS A MIRACLE. He smiled at me and i smiled back as i put a strand of hair behind my ear. "We should get going." That's all he said. For quite a while. Once he dropped me off at school, it's like he forgot me and what happened. I thought maybe he was taking some time off to deal with problems because he didn't show up at school for the rest of the week. And neither did he show up for our date.
