Rains pov~
Kyle looked at me upset. He doesn't know the truth about why. Why my life is shitty. Why my father is a abusive Asshole. Why I don't have a mom. It's time to tell him the truth.
"Kyle I have something really important to tell you." I tell him not looking up at him.
"You can tell me anything." Kyle replied holding my hand.
"Ok I'll start from the beginning, I lived with my mom, dad, and brother Andy. We all lived happily. We all cared about each other. The one problem was Andy was older by 4 years. (So she's 17 he is 21) So he was in his last year of high school and my first high of high school and I got a boyfriend named Eric. That same year Andy went and got a record deal. So he left me I hurt to see him leave me. I cried a lot in my sleep. 2 years later me and Eric got into a big fight in the car. He was drunk and driving I didn't feel safe and I told him that and then the fight started. I told him to stop the car and he did. I jumped out and started walking home. I called my mom and told her everything. I was right across the street of my house. My mom on the other side. I crossed I was in the middle of the street and I heard a no and then I felt myself get pushed. I turned around and then everything felt slow motion. A truck hit my mom. My mom flew 4 feet and landed on her head. The last thing she said I love you with all my heart Rain. Then she closed her eyes. I knew who was driving the truck. It was Eric's crazy ex girlfriend. I run over to my mom and was yelling wake up and mom and I was crying. The neighbors called 911. The police got Eric's ex and told me my mom was dead. She did have a will. The will was Andy got some things. My dad got some things. I got the house in LA, I geot her ashes, I got a lot of her money, and I got her Impala. But my father changed he started drinking. The drinking made him abusive. He beat me and called me a lot of names. Then you know the rest." I said holding back the tears. I told him. I really told him my backstory. I can feel the tears trying to escape but I won't let them.
"Rain you can let the tears out. You had a hard time from what you told me. I will and the others will take care of you I promise." Kyle replied and that's when I just exploded into tears. He held me gently. I cried in his arms.
About thirty minutes later I stopped crying and the doctor came in and told me I have guest. I told him to let them in. And then 7 people came in. It was Shannon, Alex, Bryan, Jordan, Johnnie, Jeydon, and the one person I haven't seen in years my big brother Andy. I smiled at everyone and I cried happily when I looked at Andy. He ran over to me and hugged me and was careful. MDE said that they are moving to LA and I can come. Kyle said I have my own house there. Andy asked if he could live with me. I was speechless. Will I really be free from the hellhole called home?
