We Need One More

Cas I told you, we are not getting another one!"

"But why not? I feel like we don't have enough!"

"I can assure you, we have enough"

"But..."

"I promise, we have enough"

Cas looked down at the cart disappointedly. He let out a sigh and agreed with dean, that maybe they did have enough watermelon. So they pushed on to the next isle to get some more essentials for the cookout they were hosting at their home.

"So, we need some skewers, a couple pineapples, mushrooms, and two onions cause we already got the watermelon, steak, shrimp, and lighter fluid."

"What about charcoal? Can't really start a grill without that"

"Yeah, we also need charcoal."
Dean looked down at the cart and scanned its contents.
2 watermelons, a couple pounds of beef already cut in chunks, a couple bags of shrimp, and a bottle of lighter fluid.
"Damn, cookouts are really expensive, good thing Ellen is bringing the Mac and cheese"  Cas laughed and walked through the rest of the isle.

"So, the rest of the produce is over there"

"Alright" Dean pushed off the ground with one foot and put the other on the back of the cart and rode it over to the produce section.

"You are such a dork sometimes" cas laughed at his childish actions.

"Hey, its why you married me" Dean shrugged and turned towards Castiel.

"Yes it is" he said just before wrapping his arms around deans waist and pulling him in for a kiss. "I love you" he said as he pulled away.

"I love you too babe" Dean smiled as he walked over to get some mushrooms. Castiel walked in the opposite direction to grab the onions and 2 pineapples. They met back at the cart and started walking towards the charcoal.

On their way they passed another big thing of watermelon.

"Dean I really do think we need another watermelon"

Dean groaned and turned to cas. Placing his hands firmly on castiels shoulders and looking him in the eyes.

"We do not need any more watermelon, 2 is plenty"

"But... My family eats a lot of watermelon, and so does yours"

"We'll be fine, one watermelon per family is plenty"  Cas sighed and looked back at the watermelon.

"Okay" he paused for a moment " but if they eat all of the watermelon before the actual food is done, you are so gonna pay"

"And if they don't," he leaned in close to castiels ear and whispered seductively "you're the one who is gonna pay the price" he smirked as he pulled away from castiels ear. Cas blushed before replying.

"Oh you're so on"

"So, remind who all is coming?" Dean said to cas as he pulled the pineapple off the grill and set it on the island inside.

"John, Sam, Bobby, Ash, Ellen, Jo, Adam I think, Rufus never got back to me so I have no idea if he'll show up, Garth I'm pretty sure is coming, Kevin said he might, Charlie is for sure, of course if Sam is coming then so is Gabe. Chuck, Anna, Luci might be and if he does he's bringing Michael, Samandriel"

"So, if Jo and Charlie are coming, you think they'll actually get together? Maybe we should do some stuff and like force them together."

"Dean," Cas let out a small sigh and smiled at his husband "they aren't us, and this isn't highschool"
