Chapter 7: Chef Lux

Lux's POV

I smirk in achievement as Max and Lou stares at the foods infront of them.

"Sooo~?"

"Wow never knew you could cook this foods!!" Max beams at my face and I hit him with a pan.

"Oowiie~!"

"Geesh just eat the food I cook for you already then you can judge it."  I said as I put away the apron.

"Okay~!/Okay"

Lou's POV

Me and Max sat down and we both look at all the different kinds of food laid down on us. Why is it many? Are we going to celebrate or feast? I can't even eat a half of my plate and this?!

"Are you sure we can eat all of this?" I asked.

"As long as it's delicious~! Like...like..." Max stop and his smile turned into a frown.

I look at Lux and she frowned. I cough and took some of the foods. Some of them are mostly Filipino foods. Like adobo, sinigang, and even halo-halo and leche plan. How did she did it in 5 Minutes?!

I mean in the past when we are all younger we can still cook...because...well but now she kind of cook from time to time but Max never cooked. Oh well, I just put whatever food I can fit in my plate and I start eating the adobo.

Lux's POV

I start grinning when Lou and Max start eating like a wild animal. They both start fighting for the foods left in the plates. This is just like the past...

"Maaax!! What are you doing!!"

"Sorry sis!!"

"Tsk, you shouldn't have done that! Look at her!" I twitched and looked at the girl. She looks older than that boy that poked me in the cheeks when we met.

She has blonde hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. She looks beautiful except for the scars which I also have when that mean guys captured me.

"What's your name?" She asked and crouched to my height.

"Lux Valentine." I said, she smiled and pat me in the head softly.

"The names Marrine. Well since your new here we gotta introduce you to your new bed."  She said and motioned me to follow her. I followed her and as I look around I frowned as I saw kids being scolded by the meanies. I held Marri's hand and she looked at me.

"I hope you get used to this."

"I hope so." I said. The boy followed us still and Marri introduced me to him. His name is Max. His nice just really cheerful.

"Oh! Sis! You gotta-"

"Sush, later. For now let's just go." She said and we all went to a hallway. I look up and saw the ceiling full of splattered blood. I look at the wall and it looks the same too but it has fresh bloods.

"So what happened? Why are you captured?" She asked me and I looked at her.

"Got caught while I stalk them."
