(Shane's Pov)
I felt something light yet sharp trail over my chest making me annoyed that I couldn't sleep in peace. I'm not the morning person so if someone annoys me while sleep, I get angry at them.
I pushed whatever was on my chest away so I could sleep but Nooo... someone had to wait me up.i heard a girly giggle and everything that happened came back to me in a flash.
"Baby." a high pitched voice whispered.
"What?" I groaned annoyed at christen for waking me up.
"I had fun last night.. and well I was wondering.." she whispered then mumbled the rest "ifyoucouldmarkmesoicanbeyourmate."
'Oh boy. I knew that was gonna happen' my wolf snorted.
'Gosh, do they ever shut up. I don't even want a mate cause I'll put her in danger' I asked.
my wolf whimpered and closed himself off from me.
I sighed and looked into christen's baby blue eyes and thought if I should or shouldn't.
"I don't know baby girl, I'll think about it" I mumbled while step out of my queen sized bed and grabbing clothes from my closet.
"wanna come for a shower with me?" christen whispered in my ear and walked past me into the bathroom naked.
I smirked and followed her into the bathroom, closing the door behind us.
after we went for a 'shower' christen went to her room to get changed and said she would meet me in the pack kitchen afterwards.
I sighed and changed into a pair of black skinny jeans, loose white t-shirt and grey vans.
'How was last night bro.' my beta josh laughed through the mind link that our pack shares.
'The sex was good but damn she wanted me to mate with her this morning'
I heard josh laugh downstairs and I started walking towards him.
"I feel sorry for you man" josh said while pretending to wipe a tear away.
I pushed him away and laughed with him. everyone was giving us weird looks as if we're gone crazy but I don't care at the moment.
"Christen, James, Tanisha and Cody!!, Hurry the fuck up or we're going to be late for school and our fans!" josh shouted. When everyone was ready we walked to josh's BMW and jumped in.
as soon as we pulled up in to school, people from different groups came up to our car. well you see, we're the popular group in this school and well everyone wants to be with us, even be us.
we all jumped out of the car and leaned on it while people talked to us and other normal every day stuff. Cody and James left to a table full of girls, leaving Christen, Tanisha, josh and I by the car.
Christen was hang of my arm like a rag boll and glared at all the girls looking at me even though we're not going out.
suddenly everyone stopped talking and stared at a multi colour Toyota supra. Fuck it was a sexy car, I wounder who's driving it I thought to myself.
I stood up and tried to see who was driving but every window was tinted red so I couldn't see through it which just made me wonder if its a vampire.
the driver door opened and the most sexiest she-wolf stepped out of the car. A delicious chocolate and cinnamon scent filled my nose making me inhale deeply. I looked up and my eyes locked with the most beautiful grey eyes I've ever seen, it seemed like the world froze around as when our eyes meet.
'MATE!' my wolf growled.
No no no no no no oh god. this can't be happening, i-i don't want a mate, I can't risk her getting torn to peaces because of me.
I did what I had to do for her sake and mine. I gulped "I. Shane Black Collin's, reject you as my mate"
I tried to cover the hurt and guilt on my face from her but I had to do what I had to. I turned around not glancing once back at her and walked to my first period of hell.
