I heard my alarm clock going off. I got up hurriedly and saw the time. It was almost ten in the morning. I supposed to wake up an hour ago.

"Shit." I cursed

I stumbled my way towards the bathroom and showered. I brushed my teeth, got dressed and went down to have a light breakfast before heading out to work. I saw my older brother already settled on his chair. He smirked upon seeing me.

"I can see you had a late start." Seung Hoon-hyung nodded in my direction. "Having trouble waking up? I could practically hear your alarm going off down from here."

"And whose fault do you think it is?" I asked, aghast. "If you only have the decency to wake your brother in time then there shouldn't be any problem."

My brother raised both his hands. "It's not my job and I believe your alarm clock already covered that part of the job just fine." Then Sueng Hoon-hyung took a sip from his coffee. "It's your fault for staying late at night knowing you have a schedule the next day."

"Cut me some slack." I glared at my brother who was enjoying his toast while watching the news. "It's finally vacation and I am supposed to be at home enjoying it or with my friends not working my ass off." I finally settled on my chair. "Where's Mom?"

Seung Hoon-hyung tilted his head towards the study.

I sighed. "I bet it's about work again." My brother and I exchanged looks. "Just hurry up and become a lawyer hyung so that Mom can retire from her job."

Seung Hoon-hyung scoffed. "Yah, why are you passing the responsibilities to me?"

"Simple." I smirked. "You're the eldest."

"I'm still in my second year in high school and I still got a long way to go before I can be a lawyer." Hyung answered. "Studying law itself will take me at least ten years. If it's a job you want, there's already you to take care of it."

"Yah!" I wanted to protest but Seung Hoon-hyung cut me off.

"You're already earning a lot of money as a model. You might even graduate in college before me."

I paused to think. Hyung might've been right about that. Does that mean that all the responsibilities will fall to me now?

"And speaking of a job." Hyung leaned back. "I heard you're going to work with Yoon Sung Kyoung this time. Yahhh... It's been a while since we saw her and her brother. Uncle Ji Hoo actually mentioned them when he and Mom met last week to talk about this collaboration."

I didn't realize that I was frowning. My brother might've seen it since he laughed. I scowled.

"What's so funny?" I demanded. "You can't actually blame me for having this kind of reaction. I can only remember just tiny bits of her and they're not all good."
