The p.m. --most would say Post Meridiem, Latin for After Midday. And I'd agree, but not entirely. Yes, it's after midday, but for me, the p.m. means night [to early morning] (i.e. 11pm-4am). Those hours when you should really be going to bed because you have school in the morning or you must get up early for some appointment or just because you're really quite tired. Those times when the sky is still dark, or just lightening up. When, for writing purposes, a lamp or candle or flashlight is required. But also in my case the p.m. is for poetry. For the weird and/or deep thoughts that come from seemingly nothing. The silly things that seem to pop up when all I want to do is sleep. Instead, I write.

The p.m. is for poetry making.

And that is what I shall do. Enjoy my late night thoughts and sleepy musings, for this is all made,

in the p.m.
