I was on my way to lunch when I suddenly bumped into Joshua. Great ← sarcasm.
"Hey Joshua."
"Hey Abby. How are you?"
"I'm still fine from math."
"OK! I was just checking up on you, since you got the - well, you know what I mean."
"Yeah... That was embarrassing. How are you?"
"I'm good, I guess."
"So, why did you want to talk to me?"
"I was just wondering, If you wanted to, um, go to the dance with... me?"
"I'D LOVE TO!!!"
"Great, I'll pick you up at eight"
"Um... "
"I could also pick you up at seven, we could be late or early."
"How about, early, pick me up at... 6:30?"
"OK! I'll be there! We can have pink and blue, or just pink, or just blue. If you want, that is."
"How about, you wear a blue tuxedo, with a pink tie. And I wear a blue dress, with a pink belt!"
"OK! We should get to lunch."
And like that, we went to lunch!
When I got to lunch, right away, I saw Addy and Ally!! I ran up to them and told them the big news!!!!!
"Guess who has a date to the dance??!!!!!!!!" I squealed.
"OMG! Abby!!! I'm so proud. I also have a date. His name is, Jacob. Who's your date Abby?" Addy Asked.
"I'm also proud of you Addy. And my date is Joshua!!!" I squealed once more.
"I'm so Proud!!" Both Ally and Addy enthused together.
"Who are you going with Ally?" Addy asked with a smile.
"I'm going with Jack." Ally Blushed.
"Your crush ever since 2nd grade!!" Addy and I said together.
We laughed and went to 7th period. When we got to Language arts, Joshua was there. I love that we have almost the same schedule. This is my schedule. Ones in Black are my without him. Ones in Pink is with him.
