The Festival came Short

We meet ourselves with Whin, he is sitting on a bench at the park at 11:00 pm with the kids and his wife asleep at home.

He hears footsteps and turns is head.

Whin: (as he gets up) Hey Jeff, good to see you, how have you been? (He let's shake hand with him)

Meet Jeff, a man in his mid 40s (at bit older then Whin), he has blonde hair and dark green eyes, and he is the mayor of the East Town.

Jeff: Nice to see you to, but can't say I'm doing too good, I got this disk in my back and it's been hurting my back.
Whin: Yeah, you are on crazy dog.
Jeff: Yeah! (He says getting a bit aggressive)
Whin: Yeah...like your hunters coming into our territory and hunting our animals.
Jeff: You know their is low livestock in my town.
Whin: You got a problem.
Jeff: Unite the towns Whin, it was you who gave the big speech that your daughter Katelin and my son Garroth would marry and unite the towns.
Garroth knows his responsibility...does Katelin?
Whin: (He looks emotionless) Don't worry...she knows.
Jeff: Good (He walks away) I will give her until the next full moon, I won't let my people starve Whin. If it comes to it... (He looks back around)...we will fight for the livestock. (He is gone)

He turns around in disbelief of his mistake, and sees Katelin in front of him.

Whin: KATELIN..OH..UH.
Katelin: It's ok dad, I get it...its my responsibility.

[Week later]

Every full moon the towns magic users of Mortana join together with their partners to create a light show with each other's magic arts.

We meet Silver and his friends, Chris, Alex, Antonio. Everyone can use magic except Chris.
Every full moon Silver and his friends go to the festival hoping to find a mate to join them.

But before we catch up to what Silver and his pals are doing, let's see what's katelin is doing.

We find Katelin in her room being brushed by Lily.

Katelin: Soo...you still don't have a crush on anybody.
Lily: Nope.
Katelin: You know, that might change to night.
Lily: Yeah, maybe five years ago, but things are different now. The real question is...are you ready to meet Garroth.
Katelin: Maybe...hope he is nice guy.
Lily: Are you sure you don't want him to have an...other...special features.
Katelin: (she blushes) LILY!!!

Lily cracks up laughing, and soon Katelin joins her.

Minutes pass bye and their both ready.

Meet Bell, mother of Katelin and Lily and Whin's wife. She was red hair just like Katelin with green eyes, some people call her Ivy.

Bell: Wow...you two look beautiful...now Katelin, if Garroth goes out of line, go for the throat and don't let go until the body stop shaking. (She smiles)

Whin, Katelin, and Lily look at Bell in disbelief of what she just said.

Whin: (shake his head and returns to reality) My baby girl shouldn't do this, she's not ready.

Katelin: Don't worry dad...I'm ready.

We skip to Silver and his pals. Silver finds them playing basketball outside.
