Poke's POV

Zack? Zaaack?? ZACK!"

"Huh? What- sorry. I just zoned out."

"So what are we going to do now? The challenge video is done, so we should be good to go! I am the better friend by the way" he smiled.

None of that happened, Zack. You need to get this fantasy out of your head. But what if he DOES like you... Oh snap out of it!

"Zack, are you ok?" Joe asked.

"I'll be right back." I hurried outside on the front porch. I slid down the wall of the house, crossed my arms, placed them on my knees, and put my head down. 

Then I found myself bursting out into tears.

Cmon Zack, why are you doing this to yourself? If Joe sees you like this- I don't even know anymore.

I hear the door open.

I felt a hand touch my shoulder.

I saw someone sit beside me.

It was Joe.

"Zack, what's the matter? What happened to you? Did I say something? I-"

"I'm ok." I lied.

I can't tell him what I just imagined. But I want him to keep me safe and tell me it's going to be ok.

"Hey." He lifts my head from my knees and looks me right in the eyes. I can finally catch my breath. "It's going to be ok."

He gives me a hug, and I hug him back. Suddenly I don't feel the need to cry.

Joe, I love you, please tell me you love me back.

Then I do something life changing.

Joe's POV

Zack, I love you. Please tell me you love me back.

Poke let's go of me and looks me in the eyes. At the exact same time, we leaned forward.

And we kissed.

It was one of those kisses that were passionate, didn't last too long. Mainly because it started raining.

I then looked at him, and it was as if he had the same idea as me.

I took his hand and we ran out into the street. 

Wind in my hair, rain hitting my face, and Poke was right by me.

I want it to be this way forever. I don't want to ever leave his side.

Then, of course, we danced in the rain and sang some Twenty One Pilots ('cause we're just that good). And we kissed... In the rain.

It was one of those magical moments you see in movies, and it was happening to US.
