He directed daily operations of the corporate media services division providing creative leadership and strategic media support services for their executive team. He project managed the design, installation, and support of all corporate conference facilities and video conferencing sites. He coordinated with internal end-users to determine needs and design technical customized systems. He developed standards, established project goals, objectives and timetables for all audio visual systems. He project managed installation teams of personnel, ranging from six to thirty team members. He acted as the senior management advisor regarding all communication and media support projects. He developed procedures and guidelines appropriate departmental operations and system standards and also developed media support strategies in partnership with marketing teams, business enterprises and the external advertising agencies.
