Every Breath You Take (Hannibal Lecter x Reader)

You always had the feeling of someone watching you. Every second of the day, someone was watching you. You decided it was just paranoia but you could never shake the feeling of being watched.

It was always even worse at night. At night you could swear you would feel arms wrap themselves around you and someone snuggling with you. You never dared to check out of sheer terror but tonight was going to be different.

Time skip to that night

You got into bed and quickly allowed sleep to embrace you. After a while you felt the bed shift and a pair of arms wrap themselves around you. You quietly gulped and turned around to see none other than the infamous cannibal Dr. Hannibal Lecter cuddling with you.

"How the hell did he get in here?!" You thought in a panic. Was he going to kill you?! He probably was so you carefully moved his arms and made your way to the door. You then heard him stir. So you made a mad dash towards the door to escape the maniac.

He pursued you relentlessly. He chuckled evilly "Can't you see that you belong to me my love ~?" He said. You kept running. There was no way you were going to allow yourself to be captured by a cannibal. He would only kill and eat you. Probably not in that order.

"I would strongly advise you to stop running from me doll ~" he said. You were terrified of what he was going to do to you if you disobeyed so you stopped running and stayed perfectly still. Your heart racing as he made his way towards you.

He gently embraced you to which you tensed up in response. "I won't hurt you my dear ~ I only want to love you." He purred in your ear. You gulped in sheer terror, how did you know if he was lying or not?! He always had a calm expression so you had no idea if he was plotting to kill you or not.

He just remained calm and collected. He pulled away from the hug and kissed you passionately. You whimpered in the kiss and tried to push him off but he was much stronger than you and pinned you to a nearby tree. You struggled out of sheer terror but he kept you pinned to the tree so you couldn't escape him.

After a while he pulled away and started kissing your neck. You whimpered and tried to push him off but it did nothing. He bit your neck which made you yelp. Immediately he looked at you concerned "What hurts love?!" He asked worriedly. "Y- you bit my neck and it hurt..." You said.

He looked... Guilty...? "My apologies (Y/N). I have never wanted to harm you. I only wish to love you and be loved by you in return." He said. You gulped, looking for a place to run to. "I will hunt you down wherever you run to love." His words sent chills down your spine.

He picked you up bridal style and carried you back to his home. He warned you to not be difficult or there would be consequences. You didn't particularly want to know what he would do to "punish" you for trying to escape. He would probably torture you.

He carried you to his room and gently set you down on his bed. "I will be back shortly love. Stay beautiful." He said before pecking your lips and leaving to an unknown location. It was now or never for an escape so you opened the window.

"Please tell me his isn't going to be out there." You muttered before climbing out the window. You ran on the rooftop, finding a ladder eventually so you climbed down the ladder. You figured he knew you had escaped so you ran into the forest.

You soon heard footsteps behind you so you glanced behind you only to see Hannibal chasing you. You gulped and ran. The chase persisted for a half hour before he finally caught you. You were never heard from again... He didn't kill you. He kept you trapped in his bedroom where he allowed you to wander his room during the day.

When he came home in the evenings you were forced to stay at his side. Never leaving. He kept you a secret. No one ever knew you were there just like how no one knew he was a cannibal.
