During the time of the car, Brooke and Jake held tight together with hands. Every once in a while, Jake would squeeze the synonyms of the word 'love.' She didn't know, he only did, of course. As Brooke's eyes drifted to the windows, Jake pulled up near a beach's cliff. Romantic, yet original yet simple.
"Close your eyes" indicated Jake while he mad sure she didn't look the direction of the place.
"Fine" giggled Brooke while covering her eyes.
Jake hopped out of the car and walked around Brooke's door. He opened it, taking her smooth, silky hand and helped her out without crashing into things.
"Mind your step, babe" smirked Jake.
"I'm the one with the blindfold..eyes covered if I didn't forget?" uttered Brooke with a cute smile.
She took a little step, heels touching the delicate, soft grass. A shiver ran down Brooke's spine as if a spider was crawling beneath the pale thin layers of skin that covered her unwanted flaws. Jake softly took away the blindfold covering her eyes and the very 2 sparkles in Brooke's pupil.
'Welcome to lover's lane' read the old sign hanging from the cliff. The letters were pinned to a rectangular wooden plank. Welcome was hanging as low as if a thread was barely holding it up. Brooke's first thought was sketchy before she saw the ocean blue water behind the fenced rocks.
"Beautiful and delightful" mention Jake with his hand now on Brooke's curved hips. "Just like you."
"Creepy, but romantic" told Brooke with her charms showing in Jake's face. "I got the cute guy who wanted to take me to the most 'wonderful' cliff in the world."
"And you said yes."
