Dear Alice,
I visited you today in the hospital, you looked better then when you went in, I wish you could come home. I miss you at night , but I know that soon you will be back, filling the empty space in the bed. Im sure the hospital bed isn't comfortable , sometimes I sleep on the couch so that I won't be more conferrable then you. The food sucks too, I don't know how that stuff is going to help you get better, but it must be working because today you were more bright and less gloom. You laughed today too, it's been a while since you've done that, I always try to make a joke , get you to laugh or smile, some days it's harder but you do, it means the world to me. I can't wait for you to come back home.
