Prologue
My world has once happy and as some people would say 'average'. I had the perfect family, there was me, my mom and my dad. We would live a normal life, I had the freedom to go outside, explore and play with all the children my age. How life was so normal back then.
Our pack was The Emerald, we based on our pack on supporting and protecting one another, everyone was taught to fight and protect from a young age, especially those of alpha and beta blood. We weren't a top-ranked pack and had minimal attacks from rogues, but nothing out the ordinary. Except for this one day..........
Anyway, before it goes all deep and dark, I should introduce myself. My name is Ava and this is my story.

No one believes in me. No one has faith. How I meant to be this powerful and respected leader when no one has the faith and respect to believe I have. Yes, I've made mistakes and haven't always put the packs best interest first, but I've learned from that and I'm older and better person. My dad always said that your pack is always there to lead on when you need them most. But I never have and I don't think they would like it too much.
Yes, I may have angered people with my actions and yes I may scare people with my tone and representation, but I have given this pack its name before I was alpha it was nothing (no disrespect dad). I have made this pack, the best and most powerful pack it can be. We have the best warriors, the best guards and that's all down to the hard work and pace I set all my pack up for. No one dares to stop across our borders or to start our war. All other packs are scared and fear our pack and that's how it should be.
My name is Mason and this is how my life changed forever.
