After Marinette attempts to confess, she finds out that he likes someone else. It entirely tears her apart. By a coincidence, Chatnoir was by her side and comforted her. Over time, they start to grow close...
The next day, Adrien and Marinette both walked into class together, hand in hand and took their usual seats when Landon came over to bother them again. He teased Marinette and Adrien stood there, calmly, right up to the point where he had to hold back his punches.
"Dude, are you sure of this?" Nino arched a brow and stared at the two who talked happily about fashion designs.
Adrien smiled and nodded. "I trust Mari, I trust her enough to know that she loves me like I love her."
"-that she loves me like I love her." Alya repeated while texting it down on her phone. "A new Adrienette quote!!!!!!" She squealed while fangirling, it was pretty normal.
[ Lunch ]
"Marinette! I have tickets to the new amusement park, want to go on a date with me on Saturday?" Landon suggested while holding up two lovers discount tickets.
"Lovers? I'm sorry Landon, but I-"
"-have a boyfriend. I know, but I can be so much better!"
"I just literally met you three days ago!!"
"But you can surely change your mind and become mines right?!"
"I already have A-"
"I already kissed you, I left my touch and a memory of us carved into you!"
Adrien slammed his hands onto the desk and went up right behind Marinette, giving her s hug from behind. He slipped the shirt of her left shoulder down a bit and sucked on her skin, giving her a marking of a hickey.
"Who does she belong now two?" Adrien glared at Landon as Marinette blushed.
"Haha, I can do that do!" Landon moved in closer to Marinette and was about to grab her when Adrien clenched her in closer.
"She's mine!!!!!" He exclaimed in an angry tone with a frown. "She belongs to me only, I love her, she's my only world and light! If you want her, you have to go through me first, GreenWood."
Landon moved back a few paces and started sweating while handing his hands up to his face. "I-I give... But that doesn't mean my love for her ends!!"
Adrien growled at Landon. "Try me right now."
"Oh I will." Landon awkwardly smiled and glared at Adrien.
(You can see the lightning flash in between the two) Everyone in class felt the tension rise as if Adrien were an adult wolf while Landon was an adult german shepherd. A new rivalry of love has returned..
