After the parade, I was really not in the mood to go to the old Madison with the guys but it was our towns tradition and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
"Hey smith wait up", I heard a voice echo through the crowd. As I turned back to see who it was , Gabe was the only one to stand out. "Leave me alone Mccloud", walking on up the hill with Kale and Mason. Suddenly I was pushed onto the concrete driveway , scrapping my cheek, "Your just a joke smith , Harley will never like you nor will Noah approve. Slowly I get up dusting off my pants and keep walking up to the mansion. "What your not gonna fight me Smith", I hear him and his friends now that have joined him. I stop in my tracks and turn around while clinching my jaw "I'm a better person than u Gabriel I always have been so no I will not fight you".
When I turn slightly back around I spot Harley looking at me with shock. She makes her way to me while looking wide eyed a little, " You like me "? I look down into her beautiful eyes the shine against the darkness. "I always have ...you've just been blind". I frown while continuing to walk with Mason and Kale , leaving Harley stunned in the cold night.
Later into the party: Harley's p.o.v:
"Michel told me he likes me Noah ", I look up at my brother while watching him get a beer. He sighed, "I don't like that kid Harley, besides your better off". I started to think and I couldn't help but say, "No I'm not , I want to be with him and your not gonna stop me". Stunned at what just came out my mouth, Noah just walked away, "Your gonna get your heart broken."
Michel p.o.v
I grabbed a towel out of the cabinet and turned on the faucet. My cut was bleeding like crazy and a burning sensation was started to form around it. Before I could even clean it up, the door opened with a great force and there stood Harley. I looked her way while saying nothing and cleaning my face. "Are you gonna pretend I'm not here ", said so sweetly and soft. "Go find Gabriel Harley your better off", I say while putting a bandage on my face.
"I choose you", she said while running up to me and cupping my face, I choose you Michel Smith". I let my eyes drift to her lips while slowly leaning in and kiss her softly while parting a bit. I lay my forehead on hers while closing my eyes "I choose you too".
