-Flashback- 6 Weeks before Brad and Erin met up in LA

Brads POV

Things have been pretty rough recently with me and Daisy. The new apartment, the fame. It seems like everything is testing me.

I pulled out my phone and tried to get through to her again.
No answer.

'Is she not answering again man?' I looked at Tris and shook my head.

'I thought moving to LA would help us, I guess it's just testing us even more. Now she's out with them childish bastards I can't even trust her.'

'Nash and Cameron know what your capable of, they wouldn't dare.' Tris tried reassuring me, but it didn't work.

My phone buzzed. I looked at the caller ID which read Unknown. I answered without hesitation and held the phone to my ear.

'Hello?'

The line went silent. I repeated myself.

'Hello?...' And again, 'Hello?'

'Brad.'

I knew that voice. A voice I haven't heard in over a year.

'Erin.'

Tris was watching me with his mouth slightly gapped.

'What do you want?' I spat.

'Look, I'm not trying to get back together or anything-'

'Which would never happen as I'm with Daisy, but yes go on.' I stated.

'I'm in town actually, I had a huge fight with my friend and I'm on the streets.' She sighed.

'And your telling me because?...'

'I need somewhere to stay-'

'You have got to be kidding me,' I cut her off, I snorted air before continuing, 'Are you hinting to stay here? Are you on drugs?'

'Look your my only option, I've moved on. I have a boyfriend anyway, it's just for one night.' She pleaded.

'Absolutely no way.' I said sternly.

'Please Brad, it's raining.' She sounded needy, but I shook my head.

'No. Your gonna have to find a cheap motel or something.' I cut the line and put my hand through my hair.

'Erin huh? That's a name I haven't heard in a while.' Tris looked nearly as confused as me, 'What she want?'

'To stay here.'

'No seriously.' He let out a slight laugh.

I raised my eyebrow slightly.

'Oh shit, she actually did. By your tone on the phone I'm guessing you said no.' He shrugged his shoulders sarcastically.

I playfully punched his arm, 'Funny.'

We both went silent as we heard the sound of rain bouncing off the roof, a faint sign of thunder faded through our ears.

'She's out in that?' Tris asked as we both turned to the huge arch window.
