I smell biscuits and hear the sizzling of a pan. There's music coming from the kitchen. I recognize that voice. Tim McGraw. And pawpaw of course. I throw the blankets off and walk into the kitchen. "Morning pawpaw", I say. "Why hello there sunshine!" He replies. I sit down at the kitchen table and he sets a plate in front of me. Mmmm bacon, eggs, and biscuits. "Thanks gramps" I tell him. When I'm finished I head toward the sink to start on dishes. He stops me and puts his hand on my shoulder. "Bella, there's something we need to talk about". I furrow my eye brows in confusion. "The apartment owners came by today. Were getting evicted. There's a couple who are willing to pay more than us to buy this place". He tells me. "Then which apartment are we gonna move to"? "Well your dad bought a house in the country and said if we ever need somewhere to go we can stay there." This is terrible! What about my friends!?I think to myself. "Okay grandpa if that's what we need to do..." I head up to my room.
