Voices in her head
Look at the monster
Society has bred
Growls from her stomach
Bags under her eyes
Beneath her smile
A liar hides
Wears pounds of makeup
On a 'diet' again
Fighting a civil war
That she'll never win
Fist to the mirror
Tears to the floor
The worst things happen
Behind closed doors
