Muffin: Good MORNING
Me: Shut up it's Saturday.
Muffin: Get up, I wanna talk to you.
Me: Whatever.
"Ashley!!!" My mom calls.
I run down the stairs and walk into the kitchen. "Yes?"
"We have new neighbors. Can you bring them this basket?" She smiled.
"Yeah, I guess. Let me go get ready." I run back up the stairs and get on some short shorts with a tank top, I let my long brown hair down and touch up my makeup, I put my contacts in and slip on some converse. I run back down stairs and grab the basket, walking over to the house next to ours.
I knock and the door and keep a smile on my face.
"Well, Hello there!" A middle-aged woman answers.
"Hi Ma'am! I'm Ashley, Your new neighbor." I handed her the basket.
She took the basket and smiled. "Come in, Come in, Let me get you some coffee!" She opened the door further and let me walk in.
"You have such a lovely home." I smiled.
"Thank you!" She walked to the kitchen, I'm assuming.
I followed her and sat down. "You're very welcome"
She made us some coffee and sat down in front of me. "So tell me about yourself."
"I'm Ashley Cole, Straight a student. I usually wear sweat pants and a big hoodie but today is different because I wanted to impress you, I'm very straight forward, I'm 16, turning 17 in may. Andddd.. Thats all" I giggled.
"You seem very nice." She smiled politely.
"I am, Aha." I smiled back.
Chase's POV
I walked down the stairs, wearing only sweatpants. "You never told me we had a guest." I smirked.
"Well, I figured you didn't want to be bothered so I didn't tell you." My mom shook her head.
Ashley turned around and her eyes widened. "Oh, Uhm, Hi there." She growled.
"Hey there, Nerd." I snickered.
"Cut it out Chase!" My mom yelled at me.
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes.
"You know, You should respect your mom, She's a really nice woman and deserves respect and not to be talked to like a dog." Ashley spoke up.
"Shut up, Nerd." I growled at her.
"Fine.." She mumbled.
Ashley's POV
"Fine.." I mumbled, It's no use, He's just a douche.
Someone else walked down the stairs.
I looked behind me and starred at the handsome man standing before me.
"Oh, You must be the guest." He smiled politely.
"Y-Yeah.." I stuttered.
"I'm Ryan." He stuck out his hand.
"Ashley" I smiled and shook his hand.
"I think I'm gonna go upstairs and let y'all talk." The middle-aged woman walked up the stairs.
Ryan sat down in front of me and looked at me. "You're really beautiful."
I blushed and looked down. "Thank you.."
"You should see her during school, Total nerd, No short shorts and No tank top. It's big hoodies and sweat pants with glasses and a messy bun." Chase said.
"I'd love to see you like that, Ashley. I bet you're beautiful either way." He chuckled.
"Stop acting so nice.." Chase mumbled.
"Well, I should be heading home. I'll see you later, Ryan." I smiled and stood up.
"Could I get your number?" He winked.
"NO. SHOO. OUT." Chase started to shove me out of the house.
"What the hell?" Ryan stood up and grabbed Chase. "What's your problem?" He mumbled.
"My problem is that my brother is hitting on a ugly nerd." Chase scowled.
"She's not ugly, She's really beautiful. And I don't care what you think." Ryan shoved past him.
"Don't listen to Chase, He's just a butthead." He chuckled.
"I'm used to it, I go to school with him and all. He's always like that. and To be honest, I hate him, with a passion." I giggled.
"Me too, Me too." He chuckled.
"Well, Here's my number." I wrote down my number on his wrist.
"Call me or text me whenever." I smiled.
"Will do."
