Kawaii's POV
School ended and I started to walk home. I heard someone behind me and turned around. There stood some guy I'm guessing was a bit older than me. He was tall, had dark brown hair, and wore a red jacket with black pants and a white undershirt. He looked up at me. "What are you looking at?!" He asked. I noticed he had cuts in his face, was he a fighter? I turned. "Jeez, I- nothing." I walked on towards my house. When I reached the door I reached for the handle. "Wait." I turned around to see the guy standing there. He was very attractive. "What do you want?" I asked angered by his earlier attitude. "I- I'm sorry for being rude. It's just how I try to be to others but your different. You remind me of some one I know." He started to walk away. "I'm sorry too." I looked away and walked inside, shutting the door behind me. He is handsome!! I knew he was different from everyone else. I went upstairs and turned on my game. I started to play with my online friend When I was called downstairs by my mom. "Kawaii? Is that you?" I rolled my eyes. "Yes mom." "Come downstairs a second honey." The last time I heard those words it wasn't good for me. A tear slipped down my cheek as I remembered the day I found out my dad died. I walked downstairs. A man was standing there. He had blue hair and blue eyes. I looked at my mom carefully. "Mom? Who is that?" I asked pointing at him. She got up and slapped my hand. "Pointing is rude. This is Eric. I'm dating him so I want you to be nice. We are going out for dinner tonight." She looked at me. I turned angrily and walked away. I went to my room and slammed the door. I looked at my phone and saw that I had a message from VR.
VR~ Hey
K~Hi...
VR~ What's wrong?
K~My mom is dating some guy 😔
VR~ If I could I would hug you. That sucks. She knows you don't like that.
K~ Yeah. I gtg gonna go hang out at the park here to clear my mind.
VR~ Okay bye.😄
I put on my converse and headed downstairs. My mom had left so I grabbed my key to the house and locked the door. I jogged to the park and then sat down on in a bench. Putting my head in my knees I let the tears fall. I sat there for a couple of minutes until I heard shuffling in front of me. I looked up and saw Travis standing there. I got up and tried walking past him but he caught my hand. "Kawaii we need to talk." He looked at me. "No. We don't Travis. Get away from me." I bit my lip to keep from crying. "Yes. I'm not letting you leave until we talk." I looked at him. I bit my lip harder making it bleed. I looked back down. "She told you to get away from her. Now get away." An all too familiar voice said from behind him. I looked up and there was Garroth. He was looking at me with worry in his eyes. Travis turned to look at him. "Who do you think you are, her boyfriend?" He looked angry. "Maybe. Why would you care? You were the one that broke her heart in the first place." Garroth looked angry. I went in his direction and Travis sighed. "Fine. I'm texting you later." He looked at me and then left. I turned and hugged Garroth. "Thank you Garroth." I wiped at the tear streaks on my face. "Anytime. Now, what's wrong?" I looked at him and tears slipped down. "My mom is dating again. M-my dad died a year ago..." He looked at me and kissed my head. Wiping my tears he said, "I'm sorry Kawaii. Text me if you need me. I am here for you. I have to go. Bye Kawaii." He looked at me with emotion in his eyes. He turned and walked away. I sat on the bench wondering how I was gonna do this. First Travis, then my mom, who else is gonna ruin me? I looked to see Laurance standing there. He looked worried. "What's wrong Kawaii?" He asked. I looked him in the eyes. "Travis and my mom." He raised an eyebrow. "My ex," I explained. He hugged me. It lasted a few seconds. I backed up. "Text me when you need me. I'll come over and be there for you. Anytime." He looked at me with, love? Did he love me? Then he turned away and walked to his house. I decided to do the same. When I got home my mom was with her boyfriend on the couch. I went up to my room. And shut the door. I texted VR.

VR~ Yeah, wouldn't it be cool if we met in person?
K~ I guess. I really want to meet you. I want to thank you for everything in person.
VR~ We should do it. Hey I gtg my mom made dinner. I'll TTYT.
K~ okay
I sat in my room cuddling my stuffed cat. What am I gonna do? I fell asleep to my thoughts.
