The new Ghoul

There once was a town far far away, and in that town lived the lonly Neko, Maddie was the lonly Neko. Maddie could not find someone around who could understand her, the only one that could was her friend Haley, but sadly she had moved away a year ago. So one day Maddie set out for a walk and on that walk she saw someone who had seemed upset and down in the dumps, so Maddie walked up to him and asked "what's wrong?" The boy looked at her with an upset face and said "ohh nothing, it's just my parents are difficult and made me leave the house and called me a rude name" "ohh well that's not very nice of them" Maddie said with rage. So they continue walking and when they arrived at his house he simply looks over and says "would you like to come in and hang for a little bit?" Maddie turns and stares for a moment, then finally looks up and answers with a "yes I would, but may I know you name first?" He looks at her and giggles with a smile on his face and says "sure, my name is Jake!"
