Hey guys so I just had this idea about a not-so-long story and I just wanted to see how it proceeds.
Thanks for reading this! <3
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^This Body. This smile. The way he struts down the hall in his leather jacket-
"Lena. Lena! HELENA!!!"
"What?!" I spin around, ending up face to face with my bestie. Janice. Jay is british but she can do many different accents so in school it's obviously american. (Since we are in Manhattan, New York.)"You know," she starts off with a sly tone in her voice. "If you wanted to make it anymore obvious that you think the schools bad boy" (she emphasizes "bad boy" especially) "Is stunningly hot then you would need to jump into his arms and kiss him. Yeah, that's the only way that you'd make it more obvious. Otherwise, sorry, can't help."
"Ha. Ha. Ha." I answer sarcastically. "Amazingly funny. Don't pretend you don't think he's hot. Everyone thinks he's hot. I mean, even the guys are probably wondering if they're gay."
"True... But still nobody is making it as obvious."
"Oh really?!" I point over to Claire, schools (probably) dumbest girl but really pretty (not like in these movies where she's like cheerleading captain or something but we have a clicheed girl like her too called Fiona) and who is staring at Ashton, twirling her hair around her pinky and smiling like a horse with the reins too tight. Then she just goes over to Ashton and says something that only she thinks is funny, and since Ashton is such a jerk he laughs hoping to "get laid t'night". Yeah, did I mention she is also a quite slutty girl? Judging is bad, I know, but Ashton is worse.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I've got a problem. Ashton. Like I said before he is super-hot but a mega-jerk. Problem is, my mom and his mom are like, friends. Not best friends, but friends. Before, they never used to meet as often as they do now.
Additionally, my mom thinks it's a great idea for me to bond with Ashton since he's "such a sweet boy". Right...
"Lainy-painy, it won't be so bad." She tells me. "I really don't get why you don't like that sweet boy. He is so considerate. Last time he helped me out and into a jacket like a gentleman. He is a gentleman. So stop being so bitchy and try to be nice, okay?!"
"ME?! I should try to be nice?!" I reply angrily.
Last time he swatted a fly off my butt. Everyone knows what that means. As if there was really a fly!"Yes, I think you should be nice."
"Well, then think again."
"Young lady, not in that tone. Or that attitude."
I just want to tell her that this is just my colorful personality and it's her problem if she can't handle it but I don't. Maybe pushing my luck right now isn't a good idea. I hate being grounded.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Yeah, rethink. Maybe I should've made that comment back home cuz being grounded is clearly the better solution here.
I'm at the Granlings' house and we're eating dinner. I've already finished and Ashton is just texting under the table. I can't even talk to him. Anyways, why would I want to? He is hot, but a badass-jerk kind of boy. I may have mentioned that before.
"Hey girl," he whispers to me.
"It's Lena. He-lena for you.""Look, I know you like me. Wanna go make out upstairs in my room." He doesn't really ask, he says it as a statement. He's probably used to girls saying yes. Well then, let's have some fun! I think to myself. A rejection is just what he needs to get rid of his obnoxiousness. Okay, that will probably never happen but it will be a start.
