Once upon a time, a few mistakes ago

She was pretty. A modern fairy-tale fanatic, fictional character's princess and believes that bad boys are worth to be loved.

That's her, Sheia. She never failed to live in the idea of being a head turner counted on a daily basis. She is something special.

Like any other girls, she wished for a guy who's not that sweet and nice. She believes that making bad boys transformed to "not too bad" is possible. She dreamed of making someone her "knight with shining armor" that would protect her by all means like as if she was the only lady left alive.

But sometimes, life is not about requesting Cupid to srike your heart and the heart of whoever asswhole you're madly inlove with, or throwing five peso coins in a wishing well, or a fairy god mother to grant your wish of what they call "fruitful" lovelife where forever ISN'T just a word. Its not that sort of thing because Life simply offers reality where pain, happiness, heartaches were just around the corner.

anyway, let's get back to sheia. All of us, well maybe not all.. but almost all already felt the feeling of being rejected, left behind, broken and such. Well, sheia was one of those unlucky random people who experienced failure of you know, lovelife. She, too, was also hurt by someone.. someone who was a total stranger.

She never thought that having a huge desire feeling with a total stranger can break her heart into tiny pieces. yung tipong nagmo-move on ka kahit di naman kayo kind of heartaches lines.

Since then, she became more careful with extraordinary maximum security with her desired feeling and decided to rule her mind over heart.. forever.

"$#!t, ano na?" A cuss of a chat message from an old friend of her snapped her back to reality that same normal day.

oh yes, she almost forgot, she was chatting with this guy who happened to be long gone and is now trying to contact her through chat.

Yes, you read it right. I said "guy". Now guys don't conclude yet, this old friend of her itago na natin sa pangalang Philip who was the worst version of DJ's future reincarnated soul and He, Philip, was someone long forgotten.

She hesitated for a while thinking what would she reply or would she not or better yet ignore him for safety precaution... but there's this little tingling sensation that gives her fingers the ultimate power to type the desired reply of her heart.

Again, don't assume yet. This is nothing.

she replied "ang saya ko! hahaha" with matching big smile emoji and another sort of emoticons.

You might question why did sheia reacted that way, well its her sarcastic way of telling Philip to get lost like how he got lost a year ago. Philip left them (sheia and her friends) without telling goodbye and now he was back for worst acting like nothing happened. just great.

"bakit?" he chatted back asking her making sheia ask the same question to herself. half sarcasm, half truth. Was she happy? she was indeed happy. and she was feeling naughty out of the blue. what the, there's no way she's missing him.

she was eager to chat him that moment. eager enough to leave everything behind and focus on chatting on her old friend without even thinking twice about the "security of her heart" she built. without even thinking the slight bitterness she felt when this holy sht left before.

"umalis ka ng di nagpapaalam tapos ngayon nandito ka na para bang walang nangyari?" she managed to chat back with bitter question.

and he replied "active pa ba mga kasama natin dati? kamusta sila?" didn't even bother to answer her bitter slash tampo slash heartache question.

Philip, her old friend was her partner in one of those 'funny days' the year before. He played an important role. A very important role.

anyway, that's year ago.

They chatted themselves to death and she was really enjoying everything thinking that this happiness is some sort of early birthday gift from above. What's making her happy more is the idea of this Philip guy, chatting her whole day long with couple of unending and funny topics plus kulitan moments.

then she realized, he haven't change. he was still that bulsht guy who is very full of himself ang gods of all cusses. Well it doesn't really matter now.

Now She was thinking if what was he thinking? why was Philip chatting her a thing that he never did before? Ps: they are partners before but they've never been that close.

No. He was not that special. he was a stranger but what happened next is beyond your imagination.

"may itatanong sana ako sayo." He chatted out of the blue sending jitterized creepy feeling in her whole humanity.

she knew it's too early to celebrate.
