Matt and Fletcher

Heres the next chapter, sorry its kinda sort but its just introducing more charecters and all that :)

Maryn sat in class waiting for the teacher to walk in. She quickly turned around to see who was behind her. She then quickly snapped her head back towards the front of the room. Without urning around she saw what was happening. A boy who had his head forward on the desk in front of him was snoring softly when, a boy behind him listening to an IPod looked suddenly up with his bright green eyes and caught sight of Maryn. He then leaned forward and lightly punched the other buy awake.

“What Fletcher??" He demanded to the boy behind him.

Fletcher moved eyes up in the direction of Maryn once again. Following his eyes the other boy saw Maryn too. He turned behind him and smiled to Fletcher before getting up and walking towards Maryn. He then bent down on one knee in front of Maryn's desk.

" you new here?" he asked her.

She smiled her plan was working. " Wouldn't you like to know?" she replied.

" Aw come on, don’t be like that," He continued while holding out his hand, " Im Matt by the way."

" Maryn." she said

He smiled. " Nice name i--" he continued talking but Maryn was more intrigued by the boy behind her, whose name was Fletcher, she could sense his heart was beating rapidly and his blood was pumping. This made Maryn’s stomach growl loudly. Ignoring her stomach, she wondered why his heart was beating so rapidly. But she quickly put it out of her mind as she tuned back in to what Matt was saying.

“So do you want to." he started but almost immediately his smile turned to a look of confusion. Maryn realized he might have seen her hair turn from a dark black into a striking red. A sign her Auera was working.

"you’re hair..." he started.

She quickly interrupted, " you were saying?"

Matt shook his head slightly. " oh, ya, i was saying do you want to sit with me and Fletcher at lunch?"

Maryn replied without thinking, " oh ya, sure."



He smiled. "great." he said.

She smiled slightly as he walked away. She still was sensing how Fletcher's heart beat was still ultra-fast paced but gradually slowed to a normal pace as Matt walked away from Maryn. She tuned it out when the teacher stepped in front of the class and began his lesson. As hard as she tried to focus on what the teacher was saying, her mind kept going back to Matt and Fletcher she was sure that Matt was the one she would eventually drink from once she earned his trust.
